I always enjoy the Mill at all their locations. The Telegraph location has become a favorite due to its proximity from my home and that my dad used to work at L,T&T. The atmosphere is interesting, cool and inviting. It reminds me a little of the first Starbucks in San Francisco which was/is also rustic and just has great coffee. The Mills espressos are tasty and muffins are fresh should I desire one. I’ve also been to that location for summer evening concerts! What’s not to like! Well if the coffee was free that would be good but other than that... :))

While The Mill is one of our favorite places to hang-out in Lincoln, it won't be for most.
The building is very old in the middle of the Hay Market area.
Parking is always an issue, while we can usually find a place within a block, there have been times I had to park and walk. ALL parking is metered.
But we both love the ambiance and frequently after 'having coffee' for a while will walk to a restaurant nearby for dinner.
They offer a sweet roll or muffin, but these are often gone. They do NOT make these themselves. but I believe from a nearby bakery.
The roast their own coffee and offer 20 to 30 different blends.
You will have to try a few and decide which ones you might like. I don't rally have a favorite, but have discovered a few I don't like at all.
If you buy and take-out or sit and drink your coffee or tea there is normally a choice of 2 different coffee roasts, but any of 30+ teas.
For us The Mill is a place to sit, read, watch the foot traffic and simple ENJOY the day.
We do not live close by which makes it a 'timeout' from the everyday.
We have seen many cars drive up and have someone take out their order to them.
I should mention that all their teas and coffees are for sale in bulk, I have purchased and tried several but won't recommend as this is very personal.
Cost is within normal charges from experience for bulk and individual cups.

Really good quality coffee and environment. The first time we went was on a Sunday morning, and it took forever to get through the line, and it looked like they maybe needed more help? Tried the cappuccino, latte with some vanilla (hot as well as iced), the moto mocha (iced) and the hibiscus cooler. All were great! Would definitely go there again if I was in town.

This is normally my go-to coffee shop in Lincoln, but barista training has been lacking, and unfortunately, the quality has suffered. My last several visits, I’ve been served “lattes” with scalded, bubbly milk that ruins the taste and makes the beverage unpleasant to drink. For the prices and atmosphere, I really feel it’s appropriate to expect proper milk temperatures, smooth milk in a latte, and even some simple latte art. This would seriously be a matter of taking new baristas aside for 20-30 minutes and showing them basics of milk foaming. Many Lincolnites do actually know good coffee and have good expectations. Please serve Lincoln what it deserves!

Neat spot for coffee, tea and lighter meal. My wife and I both enjoyed a delicious chai tea and crumb cake. We thought about getting breakfast, but it appeared to be a little lighter fare than we were looking for. We really enjoyed it however.

Really great array of accessories for coffee and tea lovers. Found a bamboo whisk and quality matcha tea for sale here. Great drinks, reasonable price, large sitting space. People were pretty friendly.

Pleasant every time I visit. I love the feel of the place, friendly staff and my favorite place to get a Chai Latte. They even had decaf chai latte for when I was pregnant so I never had to miss out on my fav drink! I always enjoy coming here.

The Mill, al four locations are wonderful. This time I went to the one at the Telegraph location, and the staff, and the coffee was wonderful. The ambiance is unique, and prices reasonable. Last week I met a colleague at the Mill @ Innovation Campus. And that location is great to meet a business client. I love meeting people at the Mill.

Great spot for coffee and bakery items. Service was great, but their line had thinned by the time we went into the shop.

The hand-crafted espresso drinks always hit the spot and you have choices with infused whipped cream and specialties plus you can purchase a variety of coffee, tea, and sweets. The atmosphere is very quaint for a quiet time or a group convo.

We failed to find this in TripAdvisor but fortunately stumbled across it. Great sandwiches, my wife had a chicken salad and I had the hummus wrap. It had pinenuts and carrots garlic and a whole wheat wrap. Excellent. I also enjoyed an Americano coffee which was very tasty and we finished things off with a chocolate salted caramel brownie that was fabulous. They had nice outdoor seating in the sauna in the shade as well as indoor seating. Check it out.

Great place to people watch in the Haymarket, whether inside or outside - lots of seating options, in the middle of lots of activities, shopping, bars, eating, good drinks, desserts, wraps, will go back again.
