We've been craving Gyros forever and found this while walking the loop. When we arrived, there was plenty of seating. We both orders the "sandwich" Gyro with fries. We sat down and waited. We noticed that there were only two employees working. They weren't overly...warm or friendly just doing their jobs preparing food. I noticed that one would deliver food/meals to tables as they were ready instead of when the whole party's food was up and our table wasn't any different. She brought is our fries, which were seasoned, first a few minutes later one Gyro order and later the second. The portion was HUGE and we had to use our knife and fork to eat the Gyro instead of picking it up and eating it. The sauce was fantastic & so yummy. The whole meal was delicious just wish the staff were more friendly and that the food came out together.More
Just happened to wander in on this little place located on Delmar. The aroma permeating outside this little mom and pop shop absolutely smelled amazing.
I ordered the regular gyro. Service was fast even for a lunch time visit. The portion will fill you up...for hours to come. The layered flavors of gyro goodness teased my taste buds with every bite. I can't say enough about this little diamond in the rough. To top my meal the baklava was, is the best I have ever ate,
I will be back 👍👍👍👍More
Small restaurant right opposite the Pageant serving authentic Greek food. We took the large Greek salad with very fresh ingredients of lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers, red onions, cheese shavings, with a vanigrate dressing and olive oil served with pita bread. The Gyro House dish was...with gyro meat, very succulent on a pita bread and topped with hummus and laid on a bed of lettuce and tomatoes with a white dressing....just the yummiest ! Priced reasonably the food was really good and service even better.More
My husband walked across the street from the Pageant to pick us up some gyros to eat before the show (they allow outside food in the Pageant's Halo Bar). They were very good with high-quality ingredients. I'm sure we will return the next time we...are in St. Louis for live music.More
We got carryout last night and it was terrible. The gyro meat is super processed. The staff was rude and was talking about customers when I was standing in line waiting to be helped, but he was to busy talking to help me. They forgot...half of our order. We wiil not be going back.More
