Prior to Covid-19 we would visit here on a semi regular basis but having had two visits this month I have to say we will not be returning anytime soon. Our first visit was last week where we had a dinner, the food was cold,...clearly frozen vegetables and service was slow and somewhat poor. All in all I think we were there for 2 hours. However as it was busy and there appeared to only be 3 staff on the floor we let it slide. We then came today for breakfast with Santa and don't even know where to begin with the failings. Arrived at booked time and it was at least 30 mins before our drinks order was even taken, the children saw Santa who was proceeding to discuss his children instead of keeping in character. When we were eventually called for our turn to get food 60 mins after we arrived, it was cold, served with a very abrupt manner and very skimpy portions on what should have been an all you can eat breakfast. After we'd eaten we requested another round of hot drinks and juice and whether we could utilise the all you can eat part of the breakfast as ordered. 15 mins after this we STILL had not received our drinks even though they were sat on the bar and no response regarding additional food as advertised. I went to go and pay for the meal and saw our drinks STILL on the bar and no movement in even getting them too our table, but one of our party had already settled. Although I expressed disappointment in todays experience it was met with a half assed apology from a young man who did not really know what to do whilst the other member of staff there didn't even offer him support or an explanation. The other tables seating seemingly outside of Covid-19 guidelines were also having to wait a ridiculous amount of time and also complained to us as general chatter about it. Yes, I am aware that Covid-19 has made things difficult but by employing more team members to actually carry out the service and seating people further than half a meter apart you will probably have happier customers who would return.More

COVID-19 compliant, variety of food order; clean plates all round. Enjoyed our meals. Maddy our server was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Had a brilliant breakfast and the staff were pleasant and polite.thanks Daryn ,Maddy ,and Lynn . Will visit again soon.
