I thought this was just another McDonald's until I saw the kids surrounding the large aquarium with gorgeous live fish.

Cold burrito

We went through drive thru a little after 6 am. We ordered a breakfast burrito. It was very cold and hard.

Customer Service at its worse

ordered on the ap for curbside pickup checked in when I arrived 30 minutes later still no food. Finally I had to walk inside and ask the Manager about my order which she had to find it was not even ready so shequickly got it together and 35 to 40 minutes later I was out the door with my own Curbside order that I had toi pickup inside . If you are unable to provide the service you should not offer it on the ap make McDonalds look Bad. Also the 10 other people waiting for there orders were not very happy either So much for Fast Food .

We arrived to Hazelwood MO very late, we checked into our hotel and not far from the hotel, the kids spotted the GOLDEN ARCHES and so we went for food, it was all made fresh and it was delicious...

Dirty play area

Stopped with my family of five on a cross country trip. The food was of decent quality compared to other McDonald's. The staff was friendly and helpful. The play place is the only reason we went here and it was very dirty. The eating area was very disorganized and the tables sticky and filthy. The jungle gym was in similar condition. My kids got off of it after 5 mins or so and their hands and socks were almost black. We used the bathrooms in the play area to wash there hands but the door was broken and wouldn't latch. Overall it was a disappointment.

Poor interior i.e. cleaniness, hoodish employees, semi poor service. Better off driving to the Howdershell or Lindbergh locations.

24 hour McDonald's can't get breakfast food at any time

Hot, fresh, and when plain cheeseburger asked for...it was received. Fries were crisp and not soggy. Friendly staff and near hotel. Glad for drive through so didn't have to get out of vehicle.

Average McDonalds, indoor playplace

This older McDonalds location offers a large playplace room with lots of tables. We claimed a table in the back corner of the playplace. There are 2 entries to the playplace, one that younger kids can crawl into and one where the kids have to climb up from one level to the next (shorter kids can't do this yet). The playplace was busy, we were there at the end of the lunch rush, but the other patrons were friendly. This McDonalds playplace was dirtier than the average. Our food came out quick and was hot so that was a plus.
