This restaurant has gone downhill since last time ate 5 years ago. The waitress was rude disgusting attitude about paying separate and with 10 % off, so had an attitude when paid. I will not go back even with a coupon.

They treated my minority family as if we weren’t even there. The server gave us a surety look upon arrival. We had been seated for a bit and no one had even come to get us drinks. There were only two other families in while...we were there. A big family was seated behind us after we were seated for a bit. Their server greeted them with a smile and immediately asked their drink requests. My family and I got up to leave and not a single person acknowledged us.More
Excellent home made entrees and pies. They had something for everyone! The service was great and there were little shops as you came in .
Great service and excellent food at a very affordable price. Club sandwich and fries was wonderful . Definitely look forward to going back!
My wife and I grabbed dinner here before seeing a movie at the adjacent movie theater. It is inside a small shopping mall that has several shops and the Branson IMAX Entertainment Center. They have a fairly extensive menu with something for everyone. The only...thing I would warn people about is that they brine their fried chicken so if you don't like brined meat, try one of the other fried chicken entrees (sandwich, chicken fried chicken, etc.) as the manager told us that the fried chicken dinner was the only item that was brined. There is ample free, off-street parking and the place appears to be well-maintained overall. This was also one of the cheapest meals we had while visiting the area. I would definitely recommend this place for a decent meal at a decent price.More
Always a favorite place to go when we are in Branson. The bacon cheese burger and baked potato were great today. Homemade veggies soup was also good.
Wonderful hostess, excellent service and really good food! We always make it a point to have at least one meal in this very special restaurant.
Was excited to try this place out. Seated right away but waited 20 minutes before someone took our drink order. Told us someone else was our server. She didn't show until he had to remind her. Got food pretty quick. Fried chicken for husband, roast...beef for me. Chicken was really greasy and beef was tender but flavorless. Was going to try desert but server didn't even ask if we wanted any and had brought our check and told us to pay her. Left cash on table and left.More
The staff were friendly, the corn bread was delicious. The fish and pot pie were average-a bit bland. It's nice to dine here and shop in the little mall as well as there is an IMAX theater and Little Opry theater.
No trip to Branson is complete without a meal at McFarlains. Besides being known for their famous honey cornbread, their fried chicken might just be the very best I've ever eaten & I've eaten ALOT of fried chicken! The outside is seasoned just right &...has that golden crunch to bite into while the meat is tender & juicy! You get 4 pieces too! Enough to share if you choose! I highly recommend Mcfarlains, it will become a favorite of yours too!More
My husband and I decided to eat at McFarlain's Family Restaurant....and we are glad we did. It was YUMMY!! Portions were more than I expected. Wait time was not too bad. It was nice and quiet. The customer service was great! This is a place...we will return too.More
I was excited for crab cakes Benedict, so this was a must stop for breakfast. They don’t open till 9am which is challenging to be able to get breakfast in before a 10am show, but we have it a shot and was second party in...line at 8:55am. The hostess was not welcoming or friendly at all. She told the party ahead of us she would seat them, but the kitchen wasn’t ready yet. The waitress was very friendly and welcoming…she was also very attentive and quickly checked us out when we said we had a show to catch. The food was delicious…and we were even comp’d biscuit and jam to “tide us over” when the kitchen had some trouble poaching my eggs. The scratch made jam was delicious and the crab cakes Benedict were worth the wait.More
While the brunch has a smaller menu, there is still a good variety of items to choose. The chicken pot pie had a delicate crust and delicious combination of ingredients. The food has been consistently flavorful through the years. My wife’s soup (vegetable beef) and...salad were reported by her to be quite tasty.More
Great place to go after the shows at the IMAX theater The food could have been hotter!! But the best crust on the chicken pot pie .. good corn bread.. BUT THE BEST PIE I HAD IN A RESTAURANT IN A LONG TIME!! Rhurbarb/cherry/strawberry I...think it was called train wreck!! THE BEST CRUST!!More
So much to choose from in Branson, don't miss this one. We had a short wait on Friday morning around 11am . Lots of tours seem to go here but they took our name and number and texted us when the table was ready. One...can easily pass the time by checking out the interesting clock shop, shows available at the " Little Opry house", little game room, beautiful quilts etc. while you wait. The food at the restaurant was absolutely awesome, generous portions with friendly and attentive wait staffand decently priced too! Nothing bad to say about this place! Good choice all the way around.More
