We recently moved to Branson about 10 months ago. We are at the Pickin Porch Grill, in back of the Branson Craft Mall at least 3 times a week. The craft mall has a large selection of locally made items. The food is excellent and...they serve huge portions. Everyone there is so nice and makes you feel at home. From the wait staff to the girls up front and Kathy and the band, they all go above and beyond to make your visit enjoyable. On Tuesdays and Saturdays there is live music with Kathy and the band. On Thursdays just Kathy and Mike sing. If you let them know they acknowledge birthdays, anniversaries or will sing special request songs. All of them are very talented and make you feel like part of the family. If you are ever in Branson don’t miss this hidden gem! You won’t be disappointed!More

Three generations visited this restaurant. The grandparents ate there twice. One night was with entertainment. Excellent food. Excellent entertainment.

We were there first week in July. Have always loved this place and food is really good but let me share our experience. There were 2 adults and a 6yr and 3yr old girls. They both wanted just a tomato sandwich! Yes just 2 slices...of tomato on 2 slices of bread! OH MY GOSH what an ordeal. We had to order Ed an adult burger and the tsituation! Manager wouldn'tere put on a plate for 1 child but we couldn't get any for the other child BECAUSE THEY HAD NO KEY YO ENTER THE INFO IN REGISTER. We used to eat there a lot, NOT anymore. The 2 slices we hot you could read the paper thru. There were people there from Farmhouse Resturant that over heard this issue. They said come to our place we will give you 2 slices of tomato at NO CHARGE. I understand some things but not this AND now they have also added 10% tip when you order, several people said they won't return because of that too including us. I just think this was totally blown out of proportion. Really, they couldn't figure what to do about 4 paper thin slices of tomato and make me pay tip for service we didn't receive! Not us any more! Manager wouldn't even come put and talk to us about the situation!More

I was skeptical that the highest rated restaurant in Branson was in a craft mall, but it’s true! You place your order, pay, and have a seat. (They charge an additional 10% tip at the register.) Your food will be brought to you shortly. It’s...not fancy, but the food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. We were there one day for lunch (burgers and salad) and returned the next evening for supper (catfish and pulled pork). Some nights they also have live music from 5-6:30. It was full during this time, but everyone could find a seat. We would definitely eat here again if we ever return to Branson.More

The servers at The Pickin' Porch were excellent and we're patient when our group of 15 took a while to arrive. Additionally, I had some of the best pork tacos I have ever had. They were exceptional and I ended up asking for someone else's...tacos as well.More

We stopped in after seeing reviews here. It was great food and quick service! Friendly staff too! Will definitely visit again the next time we are in town.

My friend and I were impressed with their pulled pork. Her husband makes the best pulled pork, and this restaurant matched it! My friend had the carne asada tacos and really enjoyed them. Great atmosphere, too. Clean and friendly, with a crafts store surrounding them....Lots of fun!More
