The food was delicious! The Mac and cheese burger is big enough for 2-3 people. Get the FRIES! They are yummy and we would have like another plate of those! Enjoyed visiting!

Wonderful and delicious dinner. The fries are the best. Be sure to order the Queso as an appetizer . Yummy!!! Service was excellent- friendly and helpful. Safe location. Parking lot was free to us on Sunday. But not sure other days. Casual and comfortable. Highly...recommend!More

I had the Howard's hillbilly philly and it was fresh and flavorful. My wife had Texan burger and my son had the comeback burger, both of their burgers looked appetizing. My wife and son were very happy with their choices. My daughter had savell burger...and she was happy as well. My granddaughter had grilled cheese. The salads were very fresh and the fries were delicious.More

The restaurant has a hard floor (concrete). Not sure what sort of pad is on the chair legs, but the chair legs screech and howl anytime a customer moves one. This noise is very distractive. I saw a few customers jump or flinch due to...moving of chairs when we were there. This may be the fault of the vendor who supplied the chairs. Regardless of where the fault lies, the management needs to take action to put a quieter pad on the four legs of each chair. Customers deserve a quite and relaxed atmosphere. The chair leg squeaking has to stop. Had the place not been so noisy, I’d have rated them a 4 or 5.More

This place is ok. Service was average as well as the food. Don’t go out of your way to go here but if it is close to where you are then go.

Met an old college buddy for lunch while passing through Starkville, and we went to Mugshots. Excellent beer selection, and a menu that offered a lot of great choices. The burger and fries were very good, but the burger was kind of up hard to...hold on to because of the amazing amount of mayo skooshing out all sides. Otherwise, I’d go there again when next in town, but ask for a lighter hand when it comes to dressing the burger.More

When we travel we prefer to eat local and not at chain restaurants and this was a great choice! The menu was extensive and I especially enjoyed the veggie burger. Lots of tvs were on to watch football, the staff was very friendly, and even...fans of the visiting team were welcome with open arms!More

I appreciate the consistency of Mugshots burgers and staff across locations. The burgers are always large and well prepared and the servers are pleasant and attentive. Location just across from the Courtyard Starkville is a huge plus if you’re staying at that hotel.

My go-to place for a great burger when a Whataburger is not close by, lol!! Nice variety of different toppings - virtually anything you could imagine. Doggy bag helpful as burgers are huge & why leave it behind?? 😃

Service is always fast and courteous. They have the standard assortment of burgers and sandwiches along with some pasta and other items on the menu. Battered fries are very good as is the hillbilly Philly cheesesteak.
