I really enjoyed my meal here. The service was outstanding, parking was WAY easier than I expected and the menu is expansive. I was hanging out with a friend and we never felt hustled or hurried - big points there! The food portions were super generous and very fresh. I brought the leftovers back to my hotel room because I couldn't finish in one sitting. The restaurant is very clean and welcoming, truly enjoyed the experience.

Finally reopened after 7 months remodeled Beautiful Dining Room

Finally after 7 months of remodeling the dining room open. Outstanding lunch big bowl Tom Kha loaded with Chicken, I added a straw to sip the Coconut Broth Yummy. Order Chicken Crispy Rolls and Mega Tender Juicy Chicken Satay with Peanut Butter dipping sauce, truly a must try for sharing. She had Coastal Chicken in rice Brown Broth was good. Me best ever Shrimp Pineapple Fried Rice OMG greatness at medium heat. Thanks Ms Brenda our Thai waitress for 5 star service. One of our favorite Thai restaurants Downriver the other Thai Vylai in Allen Park. Both have dining rooms open unlike many Asian restaurants still take out only, what's up with that. We don't do take out, you want our business open the dining room. Many places let you eat your take out inside dining room, hey that works for me. Open 11 year's now find Great reviews around the web Yelp Google n Facebook and TripAdvisor

Ok. This place has good Thai, and after moving from a city with similar food we were happy to find Coastal. However, they are NEVER open. They recently closed on weekends-what? As for weekdays, maybe they’ll answer the phone and maybe they won’t. Pretty much done.

My first time in Wyandotte.

My first time in Wyandotte. We were in the Trenton area visiting my husbands family. We had a few hours to ourselves while visiting. Walked along the water then through the town. We found an outside area at a Martini Bar. We looked up local restaurants. Decided Thai food is what we wanted for lunch. Because of Covid 19, Coastal Thai is only offering take out. We ordered our Pad Thai. One of us ordered Chicken Pad Thai, the other ordered Tofu Pad Thai. Both of us ordered spicy. The spice was great. Sadly both of us didn’t care for any other part of it. Just didn’t have any flavor that we normally get in that dish. Prices and amount of food is awesome.

This is by far my favorite Thai food in the downriver area. Nothing else that I have experienced compares. You would be an extremely welcomed restaurant in the Woodhaven area.

Small place, no alcohol; food was very good, good portion size, friendly service, reasonably priced. I had the squid, and if not prepared correctly squid can be rubbery and unpleasant but this was very good, so I'm confident they take equal care with other products. Tofu/Vegan also available.

Great chicken pad Thai!

Whenever near here always get some even if carry out. Very good chicken pad Thai! Haven’t tried other stuff because I love this here. Good food but closes too early.

Love the food hard to catch open

We love this place! Inside is cozy, but we often order take out for convience. Our only problem with it is it seems like it’s closed quit a bit and at random times. Great food though.

Really surprised by the quality of my meal...not in a good way though!

We have eaten here a bunch of times and always had perfect food...So when deciding where to meet up with some new friends,the obvious choice for us was here. When we got our food, I noticed my salad greens looked old and overly wilted. I cut into a piece of chicken, it was like rubber and chewed like it as well. The other piece was a bit dry and my bowl of rice was a clump and smelled bad. I ate it and just hopped, the chicken was ok...I unfortunately couldn't speak up about my meal because we had invited our friends to dinner at a place they had never gone to before. I didn't want to look foolish for picking a restaurant we spoke so highly of to them. I might not order the Yum Chicken Salad anymore, this experience was really bad for me☹

Tasty food

We had the drunken noodles and the pineapple fried rice. The rice was supposed to have pork but they did chicken. But otherwise the food was delicious and huge. I will be back.

2 out of 3 times fail

Food is ok, chicken texture is odd. And I’m not sure what their problem is but the past 2 out of 3 times we’ve ordered take out and asked for no spice, the food was too spicy to eat. There are enough good Thai places Downriver to choose from to keep coming here and not getting what we asked for. Customer lost
