This cafe wouldn't disappoint! Menu was impressive.. from breakfast meals, snacks, ala carte dishes down to drinks. During our visit, we tried the ilocano platter which is already good for sharing. Pinakbet is yummy and it's obvious that it was cooked fresh. One of my personal favorites from this local cafe is the FourSeasons Lemonade -- not too sweet and tastes really good! We will be back!

The food is great! Their grilled cheese sandwich comes in big servings and is perfectly cheesy with crispy bread. Their marinara sauce is also delicious. The longanesa was ok. Their fried rice wad delectable! The staff is nice and the atmosphere was great and it was so quaint!

With a fusion of modern industrial and old architecture, this makes you think it's just one of those millenial coffee spot similar in the Metro. But don't be deceived, is not just a coffee spot. With a wide variety of menu options from Western, Mexican to Ilocano dishes hitting the excitement in our palate their sumptuous meals made us want to go back. It is a gem in Calle Crisologo which made our trip worthwhile. Great food, generous serving, wonderful service and instagram worthy!

We been walking around Calle Crisologo looking for a Cafe with outdoor seating but not all restaurants has, we check online the nearest Cafe found 1995 Cafe. Rhea our server has been nice to us, took our order correctly and the food didn't take long despite their busy. My coffee is the best!! I request for Mocha latte with cream on top which is not on their menu (I mean requesting to have my coffee with cream on top) order pasta it's tasty, warm and creamy their food is nice and not pricey. My husband enjoy the grilled chicken teriyaki the chicken is tender nice mixed of salad dressing (must have honey on it) my siblings has pasta. Choice of music is perfect! I love bosa nova not a typical loud local music . Definitely highly recommended placewhen you visit Vigan. Shout out to Rhea that give us her great service it was a nice experience.

Never disappoints

Food and drinks are superb! Have ordered here multiple times whenever I’m back to my hometown. My cravings are almost always different so I try almost everything in the menu and it never disappoints. Definitely a lifetime customer!

This cafe is always busy. The food is ok , at times the service can be lacking and the environment chaotic. This isn’t really suitable to sit quietly or do any work. Be prepared for half the menu to be unavailable. Good central location

Loved the food options from pastas to local cuisine. Servings were great for sharing and the staff were very kind. Very happy with our experience at Cafe 1995 and will definitely be back the next time we're in Vigan. The pares is a must try!

Right beside the Calle Crisologo. Great experience, smooth ambience. Personalized service, courteous staff. The food I must say really good. Don't forget to have your coffee there. 5 stars for 1995 Studio Cafe.

Not a pet friendly restaurant as they claimed

It is untrue that they are pet friendly. Trip Advisor should stop tagging them as such! I just got turned down today. They are per friendly inly if they do not have many customers is what they told me

I had shrimp tacos and it was delicious! Nice, big portion. Cappuccino was good as well! Friendly staff. Good music and pleasant atmosphere. My favorite spot!

If you're planning to visit Ilocos,then 1995 Studio Cafe should be on your checklist ✔️ Highly recommended to try their pasta's and chicken wings👌🏻 Don't miss their drinks also cause definitely what you paid for will be worth it, with a friendly staff who will accommodate you, and good ambiance, this place will never disappoint you👍🏼🙂

Room for improvement.

Location is great, tea was good, but seating was hoorible and tables too close to each other - no privacy at all. The free WiFi was non-existent. Why offer WiFi if it's not working???

Pasta!!!

We came here because we wanted to have something different. As soon as we came by their doorstep, we were greeted by Keith or Kit or I forgot how to spell his name. I believe he was the head chef because of his attire. I admire how he greeted us and how he made us comfortable coming inside despite the resto being full that time. We were escorted to the waiting area while our orders are being taken. Our food was served in a decent amount of time. They prepare everything in-house so the waiting time was fair enough. The ambience was great too--modern and rustic and romantic, if I may. We were so amazed with how Keith responded to our inquiries too--so courteous and professional! believe we were sold on their pasta. We'd definitely have them again next time. And, oh, by the way, I left my Hydro Flask tumbler that night. I was glad to get it back the following morning when I came back for a coffee. :)

Quaint restaurand with good quality food

This was our first stop. We grabbed breakfast here first thing in the morning. The ambiance was good. The bathroom was so clean and smells good. The food quality is great. I love their coffee!
