Group of 4. We had spinach pie, octopus, flaming cheese, greek salad, roast lamb, and baked fish. Everything was excellent. Highly recommend that you try as many of these as possible. We've eaten at many Greek restaurants and this was one of the best. Enjoyable pleasant environment and very good service.

We chose to dine at the bar. Prompt service and food delivered quickly. I ordered chicken gyros but it only came with one pita. Had to order second one for small additional fee. My husband ordered the lamb shank. It was huge but he enjoyed it. Wish we would have tried the flaming baked cheese appetizer. We could see it... More

i went to Pegasus expecting great Greek food and was disappointing with what i had. We ordered the mixed appetizer and the lamb gyro. Stable basic Greek food, should have been great food in GREEKTOWN, but boy was i disappointing... . I thought that the mixed appetizer was NOT very tasty. The stuffed Greek leaves and the Tzatziki were not... More

Yes, Pegasus has the best versions of all your Greek favorites and standards. But my favorites are stand out dishes. Appetizer: You MUST get the melitzanosalata. If you aren't familiar, think Greek eggplant salsa. They give you endless crusty white bread for everything and the melitzanosalata is perfect on the bread. My favorite Pegasus entree is also my favorite chicken... More

Visited Pegasus Taverna with my parents for lunch. Great atmophere, food and service. The grape leaves were spectacular with the lemon sauce and you cannot enjoy a greek restaurant without flaming cheese, OPA. We had greek salads that were fresh and flavorful along with the greek specialty lunch duo with spinisch/feta and eggplant specialties. The crowd was a mix of... More

Excellent Greek food! Great service! We had the Pastitsio and Mousakka. Great atmosphere casual- but tables had linen table cloths.

I have always enjoyed the food here. When here for dinner, always get the braised lamb shank in tomato sauce served with rice and green beans - it tastes great, but is a lot of food. During my most recent visit with a couple of business contacts for lunch, went with the lunch version which is not a whole shank,... More

One of my favorite stops for dinner before a Red Wings game. Always start with the Saganaki "Opa" as a flaming appetizer then Arnisie Paidakia ( lamb chops). Fantastic every time!

Came in for lunch and based on the atmosphere, decided to get takeout. It was old, dark, the floors were slippery and I could not find a smile on any of the staff. My order was taken promptly and my meal, a Greek salad with grilled chicken was ready in minutes. 2 olives and one Peperoncino accompanied huge pieces of... More
