As promised on the website Pho D'Lite offered an opportunity to sample foods from ll over South East Asia. I started with a refreshing Thai iced tea. It's creaminess later came in useful to offset the peppery/spicy Szechuan goat. In between I enjoyed the appealing and translucent shrimp summer rolls with a peanut dipping sauce. While fresh and tasty, the two rolls were loosely put together making it a bit challenging to eat by hand or with chopsticks. The spicy hot pot did not disappoint, and with such a large serving, I had some to take home for a snack later. The mix of chilies and szechuan pepper corns was perfect and contrasted with the generous helping of white rice. Service was friendly and helpful. I need to return to try the noodle and pho dishes.

Warm welcome by the owner. Very attentive and hospitable. Food as good (not mind blowing) and I love Summer Rolls. Vegetable Pho was not too big and satisfying. Also I can never pass up Bubble-Tea (mango)

I tried the Pho D'Lite pho dish on the menu and was delighted. Recently I have had Pho in Manhattan NY and Columbus OH. I can honestly say this Pho today can stand up to the competition. There was enough variety of meats, quantity, color and freshness ingredients to make it a good lunch meal. Will be back again.

Pho - No flavor, very little meat, very little noodles, one small piece of 'greens', old bean sprouts, not very hot, not once did the server come by to see if everything was okay.

Don't waste your time. Clearly a case of you get what you pay for. In this case no much. Since they are still in business we thought that they might have improved. No!

I absolutely love pho and decided to bring my family to try it for the first time. I have been searching for a new pho restaurant, and I still am unfortunately. The chicken pho broth was good, but the chicken was very dry and tasteless. My brother had the beef pho and his looked like roast beef deli slices in his soup ..but they were a gross grey color. Pad Thai was really bad...no taste. The staff was nice, but completely forgot about us. Still searching for the perfect pho...

The chicken Pho has the best broth ever! I just get the broth to go sometimes and make chicken soup with it at home. Worth the trip for that chicken broth!!!

This little gem of a restaurant is tucked away in a massive food court and once you experience it, you will come back again and again. The food is authentic. The ingredients are fresh. The pho is very nice and the young coconut water is also great tasting. The wait staff is very friendly and prompt. Highly recommended.

My wife and I, tried Pho D'Lite for the first time yesterday. The Pho was very good. I had the #1 Beef and my wife had the Chicken. Portions were large and the food came out fast. Service was excellent. The noodles were a little different than what I am used too, but still very good. We will definitely be back.

When I went in, it was a Monday evening and there were a fair amount of people eating there. What struck me is the utter chaos that was the staff. It seems everyone is 17 and very distracted and it's their first job and these poor kids had no training whatsoever. I was actually getting really anxious watching the whole spectacle. It took forever for us to get water and then they didn't give us straws. We had to ask for water 3 times before they brought it to us. I will say, the food was fabulous. The food definitely didn't disappoint. I had the meatball pho. I had a groupon or living social coupon and the girl told us I couldn't use it because I hadn't ordered enough to use it, which was fine because she gave us a store coupon, which basically was buy one get one free. So I thought that was good. I will definitely return. I just think they have to get some senior staff (not just high school seniors). Usually when a restaurant opens another location some people with experience go to the new located until they can handle it. I really felt bad for these kids. They had no idea what they were doing.

I had visited different pho restaurants twice in different places which their services was not that sufficient. But still the foods were still great overall. However, this restaurant is very unique and I was quite skeptical about it when I saw the restaurant from outside is quite small. But, as I look more closely from the window, the inside was entirely narrow and full of appealing and splendid interior designs. This was the first time I'm seeing a restaurant is quite fancy. Also, the people who were working in this restaurant as servers were so friendly and so caring to customers. All in all the service was awesome. Then again, compare the two other pho restaurants that I had been to this restaurant is the best. This reason why I'm saying this to all the customers out there is when did you see a pho restaurant that has a BAR which is under planning progress.

As soon as you come inside the restaurant, you can already notice the pleasant ambiance of the place. The interior design is done very well and the acoustic music compliments the restaurant very well. A server greets you and sits you down and serves your water/drinks right away. I ordered crispy fried eggrolls and the Pho D'lite. The Pho D'lite is made up of many kinds of meat like eye of round steak, flank, soft tendon, tripe, etc. But the broth . . . the broth is the best part of the pho. The broth of the pho is very flavorful and the servers do their best to serve the soup as fast as possible so it comes to your table still hot. My first sip of the broth was enlightening . . . It made me feel like Im eating at home and the people around me are family. The happy faces on their servers and the people that they serve is very pleasant to see. The servers also try their best to interact with the guests as much as possible even though its busy making the place a good place to visit even when alone. There is only so much one can describe how good the Pho is, and it is better to try it yourself. If you happened to be in Baltimore or planning to come to Baltimore, make sure you stop by at Pho D'lite Parkville and eat the best Pho in town!

PhoD'Lite is my favorite Pho restaurant in Maryland. They have many locations in Maryland. PhoD'Lite Parkville location just opened about week ago. The pho is very fresh and authentic. I'm a Pho lover. Any where I go we always had to go to pho restaurant. I stop by and have a great deal with my friends and family members. They have 30% OFF on soft opening. The Pho is amazing and service is outstanding. We will be back very soon. LOVE IT! ! :-)

Pho D'Lite already has several locations in Maryland, but this is the first one in the Baltimore area. It's a small casual place located in a strip mall. I stopped in for carry out and met the owner, David, who told me they just opened a few days ago. If my first experience here is any indication, I will be coming in often. The menu is not extensive, but the shrimp summer rolls and the Pho noodle soup that I tried were filled with fresh and flavorful ingredients. Peanut sauce came with the summer rolls and the Pho was served with a hot and a sweet sauce. You really get your money's worth, considering the quality of the food and the size of the portions. I'm looking forward to trying one of their Thai dishes next time, or maybe a vermicelli bowl.
