uber eats order. horrible. side dishes missing. food not properly cooked. complained. manager promised 40 dollars gift card. never mailed. went to pick them up. gave me 4 differnt 10 dollar gcs. decided to use rt away. when i wnet to pay was told you can only use 1 ten dollar gc at a time. so now i have to return 3 more times to use the gcs. . wings were supposed to be spicy. lacked flavor. not juicy at all. ribs for uber eatsnborder were good my husband said so thats one positive. they are sloppy cooks and dont care about giving you a complete meal when your order delivery nor cooking the food so its tasty and appetizing. used to be good. owner pls get new managers and new cooks who care

After church, five of my church members joined my husband and me for lunch at this restaurant, as it close by and we had time to kill before attending another service. When we arrived the place was nearly empty so we thought we would be served expediently. That, however was not the case but when we were finally served, the first thing tat was disturbing was the silverware. There were 7 of us and 5 out ot the 7 set of utensils were not cleaned, which resulted in the server having to bring out more which were a little better but still had to be dipped in a glass of hot water and wiped down by us before eating. To make matters worse, it took much to long for our food to come out and not one person came to ask if we were ok or to let us know that we would be served soon. Then, when the food did come, 2 of the orders were missing and my food was so salty, that I couldn't eat it ! When the missing orders arrived, they were not hot but lukewarm so my friend just took their food home. Thankfully, my food was removed from the bill although I did eat part of the salad and part of the potato. I used to work at a restaurant so I understand that there are days that nothing seems to go right but the thing that prompted me to write this review is when we got the bill which was broken doen to 3 parts, the server charged someone for an appetizer... not by mistake but because she didn't know who to charge so she just picked one instead of asking. The person she charged was not happy because she didn't even have an appetizer. To sum this up, I would suggest that whoever the manager is, that person should train his/her staff to be more efficient and attentive to their customers. When you're aware of a problem, you can fix it.

I haven't eaten at an Outback Steakhouse for several years because of a bad experience at a different one. On this business trip I finally thought I would give them a try for dinner. What a mistake. - I waited almost 10m for a waiter to even come by. I was about to leave (and wished I had) when he said he would be right back. He then proceeded to check on 3 other tables who already had food and drinks! I knew exactly what I wanted to order but I still had to wait quite a while longer. He didn't even take my simple drink order. - I finally ordered a bottle of beer and a steak -- and then waited and waited. I asked him twice to check on my beer. It was 20m later before the bottle arrived and they delivered it with my steak. They prepared a whole meal in less time than they could open a beer. During that time the bartenders were mostly conversing with their friends, who seemed to get served promptly. - The waiter said that he had talked to a manager who was going to give me a discount since I had to wait so long. That didn't happen either. I didn't care, I had already spent too much time there and I still had work to do. - I gave it a "2" because the steak was actually pretty good.

Poorly cooked food / terrible customer cervice

I ordered online and picked it up. My chicken breast looked like a flat piece of toast and my steak was more well done even though I asked for medium. I spoke with the manager who gave me 1/2 off just my meal (not the whole check). I drove back to pick up the replacement and got a piece of chicken that was almost identical. I asked the manager if this is what it's supposed to look like (he admitted he hadn't looked at my new order). He never answered but asked me if I wanted another piece of chicken. No...I'm hungry. I had to ASK for a full refund which he begrudgingly gave. This isn't the first time this location has disappointed with food and service. Never again.

Never again!

Ordered food tonight through Door Dash and it was absolutely horrible. Staff doesn't follow instructions when told to cook steak well done, instead we received a 70% fat steak that was bloody. And if that doesn't beat all, they gave the dasher the wrong delivery becausethey weren't paying attention. This was an expensive order and we received garbage! Outback isn't what it use to be.

Dirty and unexpected bartender

Bartender has no clue what he is doing Try to nicely talk to him and got defensive Long dirty bear and extremely long messy hair for a restaurant worker We ordered 4 easy to make drinks and he made all 4 wrong We were a table of 4 food was Outback quality, service was excellent, bartender should not be part of the team

I’d hate to see it busy here if it’s a 25 minute wait and there’s several open tables. Plus we got skipped. Hope we never eat hear again. Haven’t gotten waited on yet. If Our guests didn’t have to have salmon I’d walked out long ago. Poorly managed.

Waited for an hour - never got a chance to eat

We didn't even get a chance to eat. Went after a concert, the bathrooms were dirty, out of toilet paper in 2 of the 3 stalls. I had to hand other ladies toilet paper. When we finally got a table, a family at a nearby table said they were just getting their check 3 hours after sitting down. We didn't want to take that chance so we left.

A Typical Steakhouse in a Convenient Location.

This Steakhouse is typical as well as Steakhouses go. Nothing spectacular the food is OK the service is the same. There is plenty of parking and handicapped accessible. If you are in a hurry call ahead and someone will deliver your food curbside.

Totally Not Welcomed

We were truly passing by, and since we love Outback, we decided to stop in. We stood at the hostess stand for probably 5 minutes, before a young lady came up and snapped that it would be 15-20 minutes. Never asked our name, welcomed us, or make us feel like valued customers. After waiting for a few minutes, we decided our money was better spent elsewhere. Very poor representation of Outback.

Horrible Service - Ghetto

My husband and I went to the restaurant around 6:15pm on 12/7/18. We sat at the bar. There were four or five employees behind the bar. It appeared they were having a shift change. The staff was laughing and joking around. We sat for ten minutes and NO ONE came over to us to even offer water never mind give us a menu. Another couple sits down after we have waited all of this time and in ten seconds they are attended to. We get up to leave and do leave, but while we are putting our coats on the sever says oh no one helped you. By her tone we could tell she really didn't care. I called a manager has we sat at Longhorn's eating. Manager said she would look into it. This place is ghetto. We must not continue to accept such service

I have never been anywhere like this in my entire life. It was 4 of us and we were scared to death the ENTIRE TIME. The music was so loud it was like a nightclub ! People were dancing in their seats. DO NOT GO HERE! We were looking for a nice restaurant for a nice meal and a couple of drinks.We could not hear each other talk! Then a fight broke out in the restaurant. These people were in and out the door continuously. The people working there could have cared less. Then someones charge card got stolen and then to top it off people walked out on their check! Policeman came from all directions. We were scared to even move. I personally asked the waiter if it was like this all the time and he said....sometimes. It was disgusting and we shouldn't have even been charged. $75.00 SHOT down the drain for myself and my date. I'm not sure how much my girlfriend and her husbands check was. Oh and we had to wait almost 45 minutes to eat and 20 minutes for our check!. There were chicken bones laying on the floor right by my chair. I can not believe that Outback would let their franchise be represented this way. Our group was honestly scared that there was going to be gunshots going off. If you want to go to a horror story place to eat...this would be it. It was a horrible way to start off our first pro-football experience.
