The two handicap parking spots are right out front in the strip mall. The driveway to enter the strip mall is off of 85th Avenue. The interior of the restaurant has remnants of an old Five Guys location.
The wheelchair-accessible restrooms are located towards the rear of the restaurant. We found the tile floors in the restrooms a tad slippery and it could be due to the cleaner used on them so watch out when transferring.
This is the type of restaurant where you order and pay at the counter and obtain a number to display at your table. They will then deliver your selections once they are ready; which means some may come sooner than others. There are four varieties of salsa on the tables and hot sauce bottles.
Everything we ordered came out hot with an ample supply of their homemade corn tortillas. We will definitely return to try more of their menu.

Went on a group trip and we decided to let everyone choose where they wanted to go. We love Mexican food and this place seemed authentic (and was). However they were out of many items and the cashier was not too flexible.

Tough if you're vegetarian, but the black beans and rice were very good. Lots of Mexicans in there, which was a good sign.

The question is: "Is this one of the best meals you've ever had in a restaurant?" The answer is: The enchiladas de mole were the best I have ever eaten. My friend ordered a quesadilla but was not as happy as her lack of Spanish interfered with what she was expecting to receive. The staff is very friendly and are Spanish speaking. The food is authentic. I had been wishing for enchiladas and was thrilled to find such excellent ones just around the corner from our hotel.

This restaurant is located within the same complex as the hotel I was staying in. I love authentic Mexican food so I decided to try it out. If a restaurant has mole poblano I always order it. I ordered the enchiladas con pollo mole as well as a fresh taco. The mole was homemade and delicious. The taco was identical to those I have had the pleasure of eating while on business in Mexico and Central America.
I would have eaten there again but I was only there one night.

The sign on the window said they needed a server to work that night? That staffing issue didn't deter us from trying as we were on an extended stay from Nicaragua and really hoped to get something good and authentic from central America. Not sure what the server they were looking for was going to do as the people that were there in the restaurant seemed to be bothered that we tried to eat there. Furthermore, they had very little food in the place?? They told us we couldn't order anything that had chicken(60+% of menue) as they were completely out. We said we could come back as we were staying in the hotel 200 yards away and they said they weren't getting chicken today? This was at 6:30 pm and there were no customers yet?

Great little find if you are in the neighborhood. Down the hill from all the icky chains. Friendly, family atmosphere. Very much a hole in the wall, but it has the great food you want, homemade taste, and reasonable prices. Salsa bar with all sorts of flavors and spice levels.

You know you have stepped into the real deal when the people taking your order does not speak English and you have to order by pointing to the menu. I loved the fact that the food was fresh, quickly prepared and just plain delicious!! The tacos are in a class all by themselves, I loved the pork belly ones!! You can't go wrong with anything that you order.

I was able to get a reasonably priced late night meal. It is just a 1-minute walk from the hotel lobby.

The food was overall very good, but nobody spoke English- made for an interesting experience.
Also, most notably, the mole is not very good. My partner got an enchilada with mole and didn't like it. She wanted to return it, but the staff said that we couldn't return it and get something else.
This is not your typical American customer service- which I get- but at least give her something cheaper or take the food off the bill. We had to share my food- not a good way to keep your customers happy.
Still because the food in general was so good, I would come back, plus it's not a bad way to improve your Spanish skills!
