Visited this restaurant based on reviews. Waited over 45 minutes to be seated. Small interior with limited seating, not good for groups of 4 or more. Waited an additional 30 minutes for food to arrive once seated (waffle and a chicken biscuit). Needed to ask...More

Cozy neighborhood spot, friendly staff. Had the best sandwich of my life....Green Tomato BLT on homemade Sourdough. DELICIOUS!!!!!! Husband has the Cubano sandwich - he thoroughly enjoyed it as well! Everyone else at the table had egg dishes and enjoyed them.

We waited a bit to get seated (arrived at 9:30, seated at 10:20) but the pecan waffle with Maine maple syrup was well worth the wait. Prices were reasonable, and the tables turn over pretty quickly. Also had a delicious bloody with pickled okra and...More

I have been here many times. We typically do brunch, but dinner options are good also. On most occasions I have had the corned beef hash which is excellent. On our latest visit I had a special "Shrimp Benedict" which was creole shrimp, grits and...More

I ordered the fried chicken sandwich which was very fresh, had a nice combination of ingredients to compliment the super fresh roll but I would say it was “ real good” but just not enough to make it great. Suprisingly for a $14 sandwich you...More

My daughter, her friend, and I went out for breakfast. We have very different tastes and restrictions. She’s vegetarian. Her friend likes very plain food. I’m gluten free and want something unique. I also love great coffee. This place was great! It’s always good! The...More

We ate breakfast here on our way out of Portland. The restaurant is on the smaller side, and had a large line of people waiting when we arrived around 10 AM on a Sunday. The wait was about 30 minutes for us. They do not...More

I enjoyed brunch with my wife as we had a day in Portland. I got the fruit and granola and while that might seem standard and predictable, the yogurt was excellent and the granola was just right. I would highly recommend this place.

Parking is a challenge. There is no lot for the restaurant. Depending on what time I day we go for dinner, we often have found a spot out front, or may park on a side street. The restaurant is worth it, so we would even park... More

The menu at Hot Suppa is all made from scratch from quality ingredients; local goods are used whenever possible. Our renowned breakfast and lunch are served seven days a week, so you can get that corned beef hash fix whenever you’re jonesing. Dinner is available five nights a week, featuring our favorite dishes, like fried chicken & a waffle,Pulled Pork Mac n' cheese, falafel salad, and Maine oysters on the half shell. We offer a full bar service if you care to relax into the evening with a Porch Swing cocktail, or recover in the morning with a spicy Bloody Mary or cold draft beer.
