Welcome to Jamo's Pizza! Family owned and operated for over 70 years and home to the world famous DAGWOOD! A full meal by itself made to order with fresh ingredients for you on our famous house-created pita bread...the bread is the secret and it's baked daily! You'll only find it here. We offer our killer breakfast sandwiches from 6-10AM every day, made fresh to order. Starting at 11AM, our hand-tossed, stone baked pizza is always made to order and available until a half-hour before close. Fresh ingredients combined with our flavorful crust makes for a real treat to enjoy lakeside in Greenville! Sit at our sidewalk tables and enjoy with a freshly baked muffin, donut or cookie from our shop, or choose from a variety of chips and snacks. More than a pizza stop - a local recommended Jamo's to us as a place to get sandwiches. Most sandwiches can be on sub rolls or wraps. A BLT on a toasted sub roll was excellent - packed full with crispy bacon, and the toasted roll was delicious. Take-out only during the fall season - no place to sit inside (not sure about summer). Very friendly, cheerful, and helpful staff. The shop was quite busy with both tourists and local people, and food was ready in a reasonable amount of time. They have chips, ice cream, and drinks as well.

One small meat/veggie combo and one small Hawaiian with extra sauce. Both were hot and delicious. Ready within the 20-25 minute estimate. Crust was hand tossed. Reheated leftovers the following day were just as good as fresh. Cost was $37.

This is like your standard pizza place with sandwiches and drinks. The food was good, we ordered the pizza on two separate days while we were visiting. The crust is on the thicker side which I like but that’s not for everybody. What I noticed more than the food was the great service. We just did takeout, it’s hard to explain it in a review, but the employees are definitely attentive to your needs and even if they’re busy there’s still really nice.

We were at Jamos Pizza on the 5th of August 2024, when we entered, we saw great looking pizzas being cut and handed over to customers, we ordered a pizza to go and came back 20 minutes later.
We picked up our pizza and went to our hotel and had a beer to relax.
When we opened the pizza box, the tallest toppings and cheese were burnt ash and the remainder of the pizza was way over cooked.
I recommend you open your pizza box before leaving this establishment.

My husband and I are here from our of town and wanted to give this place a try after reading great reviews. $40 down the drain! I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza which looked great but didn't even taste like pizza. It had an odd taste neither of us liked or could figure out. Like some kind of oil. Barely if any pizza sauce if any on it. No flavor except the odd flavor. Extremely greasy, used a whole pile of napkins to absorb as much as I could. The breadsticks were ok but didn't eat the piles of oily cheese and my husbands sandwich had overcooked bacon he took out of his ham, cheese and bacon sandwich. Picked apart what I could eat and the rest will be fed to the seagulls in the morning! Picture below is all the wasted food.

First time. We called to order, grateful that they were open. 10 minutes? Wow, that was fast. It was just coming out when we walked in. Staff seemed ready to close. We took the pizza with us. One large pepperoni, one small Hawaiian with bacon. There was a lot of pepperoni, and tiny pools of grease in each one. We had to get napkins and dab the pizza. It didn't all go the first time around so we had some for a second meal. Same with the Hawaiian. I prefer ham, and even more, Canadian bacon, but the bacon was fine. Chewy pizza. A lot of cheese. One family member had to remove some cheese there was so much. The next day our tour guide told us that the sandwiched, especially the Dagwoods, were quite good. Street parking, or lots further away. Cash or credit.

We ordered 4 small pizzas each with our fave toppings and every one was delicious!!! The crust was crispy, crunchy and fluffy on the inside. Even when I reheated it the next day it was still delicious!!! I cannot imagine how busy they are in high season!! Highly recommend. If this pizza is this good I am sure everything else is great too!

Ordered pizza Togo from Jamos and it was amazing. GREAT pizza! This pizza tastes just like good old NY style pizza. If you are in Greenville and want pizza check them out.

This is a take-out only pizza place. Pizza was good. Would recommend calling order in as there is not much to do while waiting for pizza to cook. We had House Special Pizza, Cheese Pizza, Salad, and cheesy bread. All were good.

We had a couple of subs that were well-made and decently priced. People were friendly and they provided a couple of tables for eating since it was take out only. Plenty of other places to enjoy your meal as well since the lake is just across the street.

Huge sandwiches, great prices. The staff are super friendly. I had a small ham Italian and it was far from small! Hubby had Dagwood on their house made Pita. Both were delish. If we are ever in Greenville again, this is the spot to eat. We parked near the waterfront to eat.

We got pizza, a salad and cookies for takeout. Service was great and the pepperoni pizza was excellent. It only took 15 minutes for them to ready the order. The girl who helped me was friendly. Easy place to find and great spot for takeout.
