Save the trouble and just don't order from here. Very poor customer service. Just a terrible experience

We ordered from this place around 7:30pm on Oct 10 , and actually double checked our location with them to make sure they delivered. They let us know that delivery would be an hour and a half or an hour and 45 minutes. That was...fine with us. An hour and a half later they called us to tell us that they could not deliver to us, and that they had a closer store we should call. What?! An hour and a half later?! We had already double checked our location with them, and it was only a 16 minute drive! Not only that, but staff was EXTREMELY rude on the phone. This was clearly their error, and we were not far anyway. We waited over an hour and a half for our food before being told they wouldn't deliver. Any hopes for having supper were ruined Avoid the hassle of this place. I would give zero stars to this place if I could. Absolutely gross customer service.More

Always a good pizza. Best that we have found in sudbury. They will prepare how you like. Just ask. Very quick. Never a bad pizza.

Being new to the neighbourhood we've been trying the different pizza places in Val Caron, and found this place to be the best. Our Grandson usually can't finish one slice, but he finished two full pieces from this place. We went next door to get...some dessert and put it in the car, and the clerk seen us and brought the pizza out to us to the car. What service!! Reasonable and good tasting .. This will be our go to Pizza place from now on.More

I know it's quite the statement. But when you factor in consistency and value, Pazzaz is hard to beat. I've been eating Pazzaz about once every other month for the last 7 years. When I visit my parents we get it, I guess you can...call it a tradition. This pizza is straight fire. Thick and loaded with toppings, unreal value. Makes amazing left overs. I don't know what else to say. I don't have much experience buying by the slice, it's always 2-3 Large. It's worth the trip to the Valley.More

Picked up few slices last night the pepperoni slice was properly cook but the meat lover one was way undercooked

Stayed in a motel, got delivery, food was excellent and good value, had a meatball sub, no shortage of meat or cheese, garlic bread, salad, all top notch, very speedy delivery

the food was fresh very good. its very comparable to saprano's pizza in london. lots of toppings. very in expensive

I love the Chicken Ceasar pizza. Have tried other pizzas but this is my favourite. The crust is thin and crispy to my liking.

Their pizzas are unique and tasty. We have ordered here many times and they care if you are satisfied. They offer great deals and different types of pizzas that has that homemade taste.

Have not ordered from this place in some time, maybe a dozen years.......so it has been around for some time.......notice they now have a store in Chelmsford............kind of the little player in a field of 5 other francise places in a few kilometres of each...other...last time we ordered it was sort of a homemade tasting pizza, really good value but flavours were not such to keep us going back I guess...today we ordered the grandkids favorite of cheese and pepperoni, Mexican and the meat lovers......expected time to be ready, 25 minutes......opted for pick up due to delivery charge.......the mexican, which was my choice and added black olives......it was good, suggest a bit more mexican flavour in the sauce.....or more salsa.....but had the bite I wanted....nice green hot peppers.....very good beef.....the meat lovers was really good, nice flavours overall, sort of a hickory, maple flavour to the bacon.....or at least a touch of sweetness with the sausages and peperoni made for a very good pizza.....and the true test.......the grandkids ate their whole piece......lol......nice chewy dough, bread like that did rise to give some bread properties.....kids like their bread.......overall, they are very generous on their toppings.....their sauce not overly acidic......might have enjoyed more stretchy type cheese......vegetables still had some texture to them....tomatoes too.....pretty sure we will order again.....a better home made pizza overall......LOL.....their pizza still stands with the big boys.....More
