We just enjoyed a nice dinner after visiting family. Friendly family atmosphere. We tried the new one by Rouses by Duplessis Rd. in Prairieville

The food was good, very entertaining. LSU rolls were good. We had a party of 5 adults and 4 kids , the wait time was 15 to 25 minutes. The tip will automatically be applied to your check. Otherwise go check it out and judge for yourself.

Great Hibachi Experience

I have come for the sushi and it was fantastic. LSU roll and Dynamite will always satisfy. However, my latest visit was for the hibachi experience. Outstanding food and performance. My son absolutely loved the attention the chef showed him while cooking. The entire table was engaged with the show. I recommend visiting this restaurant highly.

my experience at Hello Tokyo was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

my Experience was terrible for starters my bill was almost $100 dollars and or my fiancé did not receive the amount that it cost we got over charged for a plate of kids food i do not recommend anyone to eat at hello tokyo because they rip you off you basically get charge more for a little amount of food and that is very much ridiculous.

First off the waiter was great!!! Eye contact. Smiles. Efficient. All of us got the lunch special. We each had a different roll. They were bite size which we noticed much smaller than at other sushi restaurants. The eel sauce was great!! Some of the rolls wrapped in eel were too tough to chew! Would not go back.

We ordered take out for 5 adults and were very impressed with everything about our order. There was more than enough food, everybody had leftovers. From the soup, salad, sushi to the main meal it was all great. The other 4 adults I ordered for had never had Japanese food before and they all will go back for more. next time we will dine-in.

Family night out. The experience should be enjoyed by everyone at least once in life. Great service. We had laughs with the staff, great food and family time all wrapped into one dinner.

Hello Tokyo is my favorite sushi restaurant! They have such amazing rolls and service! The LSU is by far the best roll I've ever eaten!

Make sure you book a table at the weekend as this place is so good! Go for the hibachi tables, the chefs are always so entertaining!! And the food is always awesome- never had a bad meal there yet!

The sushi was really good and fresh. Loved the hibachi. Its a little expensive but worth it if you happen to be in the area or just want to try something new. Really good service.

I love the food at Hello Tokoyo. You can sit at the hibachi grill or in the main restaurant. A lot of times he owner or waitstaff will bring free appetizers to your table. I have never been disappointed there. Food is always good!

The food at this place is delicious. I have been there many times and everything I have tried is so good. Service is exceptional and staff is very friendly. Definitely try the hibachi you will not regret it!

We really enjoyed our food at Hello Tokyo. We ordered several steak/chicken combos and a few steak/shrimp combos. Our chef did a great show and we appreciated that he didn't tell any crude or adult-content jokes. However, although our food was delicious, I didn't think the portions were nearly as big as those we've gotten at other Japanese Steakhouses. I would def return here.
