I've been to this place a couple of times in the past year and both times we all were delighted with the delicious food. The flavors were very authentic and the service was helpful.

One of our favorite restaurants in town, Kamal's has a unique flavor in our area. The food is no doubt the best around, especially the shawarma. We love to share a bowl of Chicken Delight with shawarma and dip the pita in the cream sauce. Ask for some warmed baklava after dinner; you won't be disappointed. You're likely to have a table side visit from Kamal himself, who likes to personally greet his guests.

I travel a lot without a car. I carry a bicycle to get out of hotels. I called this place to confirm they would be open until their posted hours of 9:00pm. They said yes. I told them I was on my way and asked if I got there by about 8:30-40pm if would make it. I pedaled 6 miles and arrived about 8:42pm. They were closed. Really UN-cool.

Have eaten here several times and have tried most of menu. Have enjoyed most of the food I have gotten. Usual order is chicken or gyros in the lunch menu. Very well cooked and seasoned. The tea is sweet and delicious and has pine nuts if you like ( I prefer none ) and you get a to go cup when you leave. The restaurant is very clean and you can see the kitchen and cooks working. Sizes of the meals are very well proportioned and I left feeling full.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a great lunch.

Just an OK place to eat. Decor needs updating, but the food was good, and plenty of it. Service was not great.

Kamal's has consistently good food. This is a locally owned restaurant and the owner, Kamal, is always there to greet you and make sure the service and food is good, and it always is.

My first time to dine at Kamal's. Our server was attentive and the meal satisfying. The fried cheese appetizer was different, but great. Will have the meat plate with grape leaves again.

Met a friend here for dinner. First time visitor for me. My first impression was the building was clean and relative new. There were a lot of vehicles in parking lot so anticipated the restaurant to be crowded. Upon entering I was amazed there was only one customer in the facility - my friend. This restaurant is on the corner of a strip mall which houses a bar and health club along with other small businesses. I guess the people were in the bar and health club because they were not in Kamal's. I ordered the vegetarian musaka for an appetizer and was surprised because the Lebanese dish is somewhat different than the traditional Greek version and quite tasty I might add. . . The portion was large and probably could have made a meal on just this alone. For a main dish I ordered the Shrimp Scampi and my friend had the Beef Kabob with a side of Grecian Sauce (main dish came with a feta cheese salad, hummus, rice, and pita bread). For dessert I had the Baklava. The food was tasty with ample serving sizes. The Baklava was very tough and I had to have a knife to cut - since my first time eating this I'm not sure if it is suppose to be tough or not - it had an interesting taste. This was my first time in a Lebanese restaurant and while the dish names were the same of other cuisine they were prepared differently. I enjoyed the food and the décor wasn't anything great - actually very plain.

I'm not sure what kind of ingredients these guy are using in their food, but at the prices they're asking, there must be gold or platinum in them.. WAY too overpriced for the level of quality.

Kamal's was very good when it first opened and for a while afterwards, but it has now declined significantly. I think that's a natural evolutionary process that affects many businesses. There's a noticeable lack of interest in providing good food and good value. I've noticed this for some time now but it was really on display during my last visit. The owner sat the restaurant watching TV. Our food was bland and the serving size very small. I mentioned both points to the waitress when she asked how it was. I would like to have mentioned this to the owner, but he wasn't interested in greeting us or in asking about the food. I ordered a dinner salad. When it came, it was more the size of a side salad. They had new plates, same diameter but now with a very wide rim and a much smaller space for the salad. Even with this smaller plate the salad was level with the dish - no mound. Honestly, I could have eaten three of these, but that would have costs way too much.
My wife got the tilapia dish ($15). The overpowering fishy smell from this small sliver of fish almost ran us from the table.
Attention to detail is key to success in any business, and that's especially true in the restaurant business. Restaurants often think they can cut back on quality, value, and service without anyone noticing. Sadly, that appears to be happening at this restaurant now.
After paying the check, we passed through the McDonalds drive-through. Fortunately, there are lost of other Middle Eastern restaurants to choose from in this area.

If you like Greek and Lebanese food, you will definitely love Kamal's. The staff is extra attentive and the food is great. I've been numerous times as I live close by. I've only been once where the owner was not there. I love their gyros and kabobs.

Get Gyro plate. Half/Beef/Chicken. Leb. Tea is good as well.
Owner is kind of creepy-walks around and bothers customers while their eating.
