We ordered carry out. It was supposed to be ready at 6:26. They gave it to the wrong person, didn’t tell me, and then where they placed the order in the kitchen they didn’t put us at the front of the line. So its 7:00...and I’m still waiting. We’ve been here before, but it’s been a few years. It appeared clean and we were greeted with smiles at the door. We got to taste samples of chili and one was pretty good. We orders our food and as we waited, we played the...UNO on the table. When our food came, it was hot and delicious. We all ordered the smallest burger and shared a small basket of fries to share. Burger was soooo good and filling. Perfect size!! When we come back in town, we will definitely be back!More

Four couples looking for a table, outside where we could talk. Found it! This outlet of a small Indiana chain is very nice, and the food is great. Our table service was great, separate checks: no problem. What's not to like?
There are many other places in the Indianapolis suburbs where you can get a better $8.25 cheeseburger. Good service and certainly edible but nothing special here.
This modern restaurant has excellent food. The prices are reasonable. I always order the sweet potato waffle fries. They offer gluten free buns. I have eaten there at least 10 times. If you eat The Big Ugly Burger which is HUGE you get your picture...taken and put on the testsurant wall. They have outdoor tables which I like. Great place to take the family.More
Bub's is a great family restaurant. The burgers - Elk and Beef are great, plus we enjoyed the onion rings and sweet potato fries. Great service from server Reece. We dined on the patio and kids were enjoying the picnic area and lawn on a...nice Sunday evening.More
I visited this establishment many times and the food and service was excellent. My family and myself ordered the Elk Burger in the past with excellent results. However on our annual visit yesterday the following happened: As the Adults placed our order for Elk Burgers...the server asked how we wanted them cooked My Sister and myself ordered medium well, and my Niece ordered Medium as she likes some pink in her burgers. When we recieved them my Sister's and mine were cooked perfectly, however my Niece's was cooked well. We flagged down the server and my Niece brought the issue to her attention The server told my Niece she would get management. When management arrived we were all met with a very rude person. Instead of saying hello she went right in and explained that Elk is a very lean meat and is basically cooked the same way. She didn't even offer to comp my Niece's burger. Regarding the Elk...then why do they ask the patron's how they want theirs cooked! Also in the past times we ate there Management has gone from table to table to ask how are food is, and that never happened when we were there. Also the server seemed distracted. This is our last time going there.More
Very accomodating resturant evenfor our very large group. Service was a bit slow (to be fair we had a 20+ group) but waiter checked on us often and kept our drinks covered and was geniunely friendly. Food was delicious not one complaint on the foor...from our group of 20 plus!More
My entire family loves Bub’s. Their creole burger is one of my favorite burgers in the Indianapolis area. The chicken strips and fries are always a hit with the kids too.
