Horrible service. Waitress was rude and condescending. We waited forever for our food. She never apologized. We had to flag down other people to get anything.

I loved everything about The Loft. The chicken was among the best tasting chicken I have had in years. Be sure to allow some extra time to shop to take home cheese, milk and other wonderful products.
Excellent food, price and service. Went with friends for Sunday brunch and found the menu to be excellent. Staff were friendly and attentive the entire time even though was a busy time. Food was great quality (so much so that I purchased the recipe book...downstairs on way out). Great selection on the menu. Will definitely be visiting again and I highly recommend the Eggs Benedict!More
My husband and I decided to try this place for our anniversary. We had heard good things so we anticipated a good experience. Well, it was better than good, it was GREAT! The atmosphere was wonderful being set in a converted barn. We were seated...promptly, and our server arrived within a couple of minutes. She explained a little about the history of the place and the choices on the menu. We loved that it's locally sourced and organic. Our food arrived in a very well staged manner, so we did not feel rushed at all. My husband had Whitefish and I had chicken. Both dishes were cooked to perfection and the portions were just right. Dessert is a must-it was so good! There just aren't enough adjectives to describe how wonderful this place is. You'll just have to try it for yourself ! Make a reservation.More
Shame on me, another bad experience at Traders Point Creamery. I brought my 94 year old mom out for a special dinner. We showed up right on time for our 7:15pm dinner reservation and were promptly seated outside on the porch which was nice. Things...turned bad after waiting 75 minutes for dinner to arrive, our server not in sight I got up and asked to speak to a manager and how ironic that 10 minutes later she showed up with our server and the food. I explained our unusual long wait, the manager was quick to report that she already checked it out and the wait for our food was actually only 60 minutes and not 75. Funny because the time was 8:45 you can do the math. Anyway the manager did apologize and offered free desserts and would instruct the server, well ok after all everything can't always be perfect, we were hungry and proceeded to enjoy the meal which is very overpriced. Seriously a rib eye steak for $42? Don't expect even a medium sized piece of meat, it was definitely 8 ounces or less and served with a couple tablespoons of mashed potatoes and a tablespoon of spinach. Happy we ordered a side of mac and cheese. Finishing diner at 9:20 we were ready for dessert. I wouldn't have usually ordered dessert especially at the price point but hey with a comped dessert we chose two. By this point we were tired and wanted to leave soon so i was sure to ask the server how much time for desserts, she said 8 minutes. 18 minutes later they arrived, mediocre at best. unbelievably, the manager told the server to charge for the desserts which were supposed to be free. Maybe she thought I wouldn't notice? At this point we were tired and not wanting to spend more time haggling with the manager or server, paid the bill in full and left. $139.42 not including tip, no drinks, no appetizers, see attached photo of bill. I'm not suggesting you not visit this restaurant I'm simply saying if you go dont expect good service, large portions, or reasonable prices and you will be happy. but hey it's supposed to be organic which at least here equates to "rip off". Ive noticed that the restaurant does not respond to reviews, why?More
Our dinner at The Loft was great. We ordered a glass of red wine and the Snow Globe cocktail, both excellent. We started with a cheeseboard that was delicious. The local cheeses were great, and the fig jam and local honey made the board. For...dinner we had the burger and the sweet potato pasta, The griddled potatoes were a great side, and the homemade pasta noodles were perfect. We finished with a toffee sundae for desert which was the perfect ending. Everything was local, organic and delicious. We can't wait to go back!More
Nice atmosphere, friendly/pleasant waitress. Started with the combo board and it was delicious! I got the sweet potato pasta and the flavor and textures were perfect, so good! I got to try the steak... was awesome, the chicken and dumplings...great, and the bison and noodles....really...good. Banana split and cheesecake were excellent. We finally got to experience what we had heard such great things about. We will be back to try some more amazing food:)More
The ice cream was terrible. We all left with a coating of "grease? fat?" stuck to our teeth. Just really disgusting. It seemed curdled? Not to mention extremely overpriced. The farm was beautiful but the ice cream awful. The worst ice cream we have ever...eaten. Will never return.More
We had a very nice fall lunch sitting out on the enclosed porch recently. The food selection and quality of the food was very good. The Loft is consistently good and the setting can't be beat. My only minor complaint is the time to get...the check lagged some and they automatically add 22% on the bill if you are 5 people. We are always good and fair tippers and I am always a little put off by getting it automatically added, especially if not really a large group. However, that is minor and it is a place we will return.More
Dined here while on a business trip and had a fabulous meal! We started with a charcuterie board that had an excellent selection of items, some more unusual flavors than your average board. For an entree I had the steak and it was cooked perfectly...and a very tender cut of meat. We also had some extra vegetable sides of braised greens and brussels sprouts that were seasoned well and cooked to perfection. Service was great and food was of a great quality, would definitely come back if I am in the area again.More
