I have no issues with the food quality at this Moe’s Southwest Grill. My only complaint is with the consistency of what I get with the Fajita Meal Kit. I have purchased 4 Fajita Meal Kits and 2 Taco Meal Kits from this Moe’s Southwest Grill. The 1st time I ordered, Matt the manager explained the differences in the Meal Kits. He informed me that the Fajita Meal Kit came with the larger tortillas, guacamole and 2 bags of chips when comparing it to the Taco Meal Kit. There is so much confusion with employees knowing what comes in the Kits, that when I now go in to buy another Fajita Meal Kit it is always a battle to just get what I got with my 1st Kit purchase. In the 1st Kit purchase I did not get the guacamole in the Kit and had to return 15 miles the next day to get it! In my last Kit purchase they forgot to give me the rice and beans, but I noticed it before leaving the restaurant.They tried to tell me it did not come with rice and beans. The Kit is $39.99 and they tried to make it a really big deal when I asked for extra sour cream and picco de gallo. The containers you get in the Kit are so small, that I don’t see the big deal. The cashier was very disrespectful to me, acting as if he was going to get in trouble for doing it. To me that is not very good customer service. I have spent $229.94 before tax on these Kits and really don’t think that they really appreciate my business at this location. You know, I was feeling really good about the customer service that Matt gave me with my 1st Meal Kit Purchase, but that feeling is dissipating with my last few Meal Kit Purchase experiences. Contrary to what Matt told me on my 1st Fajita Meal Kit purchase, they have now informed me with my last Fajita Kit Purchase, that it does not come with 2 bag of chips and the bigger tortillas. I don’t have to continue to do business at this particular location, because I do have other options. My suggestion is better employee training, so there is better clarity in what is supposed to be served in the Meal Kits.

Went with my family for a birthday dinner. Staff was friendly, place was clean and the burritos were big. First time we had been to this newer location in Zionsvile. Taco salads are great!

If you are looking for fast food, tex mex style, Moe's is "OK". By no means great, not even good but its fast food. Service was so-so and menu not all that great but its fast food. I doubt we go back
