We met friends for dinner here on a Saturday night recently, and unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations. My wife and I had previously enjoyed having lunch here in the past, and we were very impressed with the food, service and atmosphere. However, that was on the smaller and cozier bar side of the restaurant. Our first disappointments were with the limited menu selections. The selections were limited enough to start with, but even further limited by “if you order this, then this comes with it.” Period. No, this, this or that to choose from. You like this but not that? Too bad. It is a package deal. Our food when it arrived was very good, however, so no complaints there. The other complaint or disappointment we had was the noise. The main dining room is just one big room with everyone sitting in close proximity. We had arrived early, 5 pm-ish, and, without many others in the room, we could enjoy pleasant conversations among all six of us. But by 6 pm, the room was full and the crowd noise was loud enough that it precluded any further meaningful conversation until we finally gave up and left.

I live about 10 minutes from this restaurant, so I eat here fairly often, on my own and also with friends.
The service is always impeccable, and the food comes out hot. Their dinner salad is large and excellent. I had a half rack of ribs, $17, with french fries and a side salad. The ribs were really good. My friends had the shrimp and linguine, which they have both had before and continue to order it again. They said it is fantastic.
They also have an early bird menu, from 4:30 PM to 6 PM. Monday night is half-price bottles of wine, a wonderful deal.
I’ve also eaten there for lunch. Before 3 PM, you can get a half salad, half sandwich, or a bowl of soup, two of them together, or a really good price. Their white chicken chili is the best I’ve ever had.
Also, they have done an excellent job of spacing their tables. Very safe to eat there! Highly recommend.

We went with some friend to this Stone Creek location to take advantage of the early bird specials. We were seated quickly and offered a very nice discount menu plus the option of ordering from the full menu. Service was very good and the food was excellent.

For a “forced” night in, this place did not disappoint. Two hungry teenagers hammering to get out and a wife missing our Saturday night dates, our meal was made to order in 20 minutes. You can only have so much take out before desiring a sit down meal. Put this place on your list to consider when needing a home cooked meal.

Our visit was predictable and fine. Lots of choices on menu so would be able to please a wide range of preferences, however nothing was exceptional. Our wait staff was extremely attentive and as much as they tried could not provide a fine dining experience in the oversized long booth tables.

One of a chain, the Stone Creek Dining Company in Zionsville (just north of 106th street and Michigan Road by 0.3 miles on the east side of Michigan) is easy to find. We went on a Thursday night at 6:30 PM and it was not very busy. Very creative menu, fine spectrum of food available, not too noisy, and a great staff that is quite attentive. We had a large salad, the salmon, and also the ribs. All were quite good and tasty. Would not classify this as "fine dining" but certainly good food delivered hot by fine staff. Note that the servings tend to be large so be careful not to over-order.

Our family got together Friday evening for dinner at Stone Creek, Zionsville. The atmosphere was wonderful and the decor is so nice for dining and relaxing. The staff were all excellent—friendly and professional. We started with The Board which is a good assortment of meats and cheeses—the pimento cheese spread is my favorite. Some of us also had the French onion soup or white bean chili. They do both of those very well. The is house salad is much better than you get at other restaurants and their signature cranberry-poppyseed dressing is excellent. Another thing they have that shines is their dipping oil for the bread they bring to the table. It’s so good. For the main course, we had the chicken parmesan, shrimp and linguini (Amazingly good shrimp for Indiana—usually have to go to Florida to get shrimp that good), filet medallions with lobster risotto, applewood chicken salad and campfire fettuccine. Everyone was extremely pleased with their meals. We have been to several of the Stone Creek restaurants and they are all great but this one was really outstanding that night. They are reasonably priced for what you get and the Cunningham restaurant loyalty program is very much appreciated by those of us who frequent their different establishments. They have so many yummy places to try.

Several family members gathered to celebrate my wife's 80th birthday on February 10, 2024. It was the first experience at Stone Creek for my wife and I and we had a party of 10. The waitress was exceptionally patient in taking our orders and making suggestions and generally making us feel quite welcome. The drinks came promptly and the appetizers were equally quick (and delicious). The main courses were varied, as you would expect with a party of 10 but our waitress took it in stride getting each to it's assigned person while smiling and continuing the welcoming demeanor. The food was quite good, bordering on exceptional and the portions were generous as well. As it was a birthday gathering and the restaurant was not very busy when we were there, we lingered probably longer than we should but at no time did we feel rushed although I'm certain our delay meant more work for the staff, particularly our wonderful waitress. After our desserts were served, leftovers placed in containers and we were on our way home I wanted to take a moment to let you know that my bride's "milestone" birthday was made more memorable and certainly more enjoyable by the total experience you provided. Thank You!

We had an 11:30am reservation for Mother's Day. Stone Creek used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but they changed the menu a few years ago and we don't go as often as we used to. We were very disappointed. They did not have a brunch or even lunch menu, so we had to order off of the dinner menu. I had the blackened chicken sandwich, which was thin and over-cooked. I could only eat a few bites. The service was not very good - I had 1/2 cup of coffee and our server never asked if i wanted more. We've always liked Cummingham restaurants, but I don't think we'll be returning to Stone Creek any time soon.

I’ve been to this restaurant twice. The second against my will… but thought I’d make the most of it. They are two for two… definitely have consistency down.
This place is trying to punch way above its actual level of quality. Food equally disappointing both times. Wait staff both times sub par. Especially second time. Lack of basic interpersonal skills and even the most basic of care/understanding. Steak not cooked as ordered and no concern shown. I don’t know what they season with but it turns the stomach. Basic Burgers to steaks and seafood selections and appetizers and pretentious but underwhelming salads all went uneaten … and no doggy bags were required… the food was not worth raising to the mouth the first time… it wasn’t going to get better on the ride home. Bread not good. Dipping oil looked and tasted poorly. The bill was many hundreds of dollars…. And more than half the food was uneaten not because we were full… we just waited and ate somewhere else after we left. Sounds like a first world problem. I’d prefer third world street food.
Sincerely. I would prefer Dennys/Applebees quality … and at least there I would not pay so much for the potential disappointment. Hopefully I will never have to go again. I would not go back if it were comped.
If you are wanting a special date or gathering as we were… go elsewhere. Anywhere will be a stop up. And if you doubt me… as a help I offer this… go by yourself and try first if you must. Better you experience the disappointment by yourself than lead those you care about into it. Just multiplies the pain and price.

We were there for a late lunch on a Sunday. Service was mediocre, at best. There were only 3 tables seated in our area, and I saw 2 servers, so it wasn't because they were overwhelmed. The food was really good. Had to ask the other server to track ours down for our bill. Website does not state that the lunch menu is not valid on Sundays. We had already decided what we wanted to order & had to change everything.

I went to this restaurant which was highly recommended with 7 other friends for dinner. This was a group of friends that had not seen each other for some time and we were looking forward to a nice dinner and conversation.
The restaurant was crowded when we arrived at 7 pm but the crowd had thinned out by 8:30. Unfortunately the staff started to clean the restaurant at this time while we were still eating. It seemed like they wanted us to leave even though they serve dinner until 9 pm.
The food was good and it is an expensive, high quality restaurant. However, I don’t think I will go back.
The staff should have waited until the guests had left or at least until 9 pm when dinner is no longer served before cleaning up for the night.

My wife and I went here for a fairly late dinner. About 7:45.
We had the Albarino wine.
Wife had Soup of the day and Blackened Chicken Cob.
I had cup of White Chili Soup and Applewood Chicken salad.
Our waiter, Johnny, went overboard making sure we were cared for and pleased with our food and service.
It was an excellent experience and Johnny had a lot to do with it.

I’m a big fan of the Cunningham establishments.
Sat at the bar along with six other patrons.
Ordered a bottle of beer, had to ask for a glass.
Ordered dinner 14oz Ribeye.
Had to wait for silverware, maybe three minutes.
Asked about red wine, bartender did not offer any kind of list, I asked for a Cabernet or Meritage.
Received a Cabernet.
Food was good but service not up to Cunningham standards.

Five friends enjoyed an excellent reunion lunch here yesterday. The sevice was top notch, the food excellent. I especially enjoyed the menu selections. We were permitted to linger and enjoy conversation. The food was good. The atmosphere is fine. Not great but certainly very good. Desserts are outstanding.
