Firstly, and most importantly, I hate doing reviews. But since I appreciate reading reviews, I figure I'm honor bound to provide this one.
I cannot stress enough just how amazing our server Brooke was - she was the highlight and star of an otherwise phenomenal meal. We were promptly seated for our business dinner, and thankfully the volume of the music wasn't too loud. Brooke actively addressed our dietary restrictions and worked with the kitchen to accommodate our wants (I craved extra balsamic for the delicious mushrooms). Her recommendations were spot on - the lasagna and chocolate cake both were delectable.
The ambiance and food were 5 star - Brooke is out of this world. Thank you for a great evening!

The food was phenomenal and the service was even better! We had the privilege of Brooke being our server and she truly made our night. Her passion for the food and wine choices we made (with her guidance) and combined with her sparkling personality truly made our experience memorable. The chef surprised us with a special focaccia bread for us. Truly remarkable restaurant and team.

OP Italian in Indy is a must visit. Come for the food but stay for the service - from beginning to end I I was impressed with Paige. I took her recommendation of the short rib gnocchi - it was tender, fresh and flavorful. She suggested a great glass of red wine that paired perfectly. After the excellent recommendation of my main I asked her to surprise me with dessert and it was another show stopper, the chocolate mousse. Paige’s service was exactly what I wanted - polite and efficient without being intrusive, as I was working. I will be back and asking for her!

First and foremost our server John Fraction is one of the best if not the best server/hosts we have ever had and goes above and beyond! He is an awesome people person, knowledgeable in all the reastaurant offeriings, extremely helpful with any questions/recommendations restaurant related and very informative of the local area information. We wish all server/hosts were like him, a definite asset! Being at the J.W. Marriott for a convention for many days, we will definitly eat again at OP Italian onsite and ask for John to serve us again.
We had the short rib tacos, Cajun shrimp pasta, cheesecake desert and many mixed drinks/beers everything being excellent!

I received excellent service from Brooke that was very fast and very detailed in her responses and actions. The food was delicious as well as the beverage 😁 I needed a place that I could sit and read, and they accommodated me beautifully. Thanks OP!!

OP Italian Restaurant provided an exceptional dining experience with outstanding service from our waitress Dailyn. Her attentive and friendly demeanor elevated our visit, ensuring that our needs were met with efficiency and warmth. Dailyn's knowledge of the menu and her willingness to accommodate our requests made the meal truly enjoyable. The food was delicious, the ambiance was inviting, and Dailyn's exceptional service left a lasting impression. Great I had good food and Ari is the best he was always there when we needed him. The food was great ever was great. We got the dessert and I got terimusu and it was great. We were a table at 6 and our food came at the greatest time ever it was when we were just starting to get hungry after the appetizer.

Brooke did an outstanding job taking care of our table. Not only did she explain all the specials but gave us some amazing suggestions for our entire meal. Each item we ordered she knew in depth and you could sense she had genuinely tasted each one before. And her attentiveness was top-notch! She even engaged in some conversation me about her experiences growing up when we were telling her about some of our own adventures. Servers like Brooke, definitely make your restaurant a must visit and we will all be letting our friends and family to come and enjoy. And of course we will ask to be seated in Brooke’s section when we do. Thank you for a great meal and evening!

In town for the National Postal Forum. Brought my wife along and wanted a nice dinner. Italian of the choice. Awesome food. Wife had the Spaghetti with clams and I had the Tagliatelle Bolognese. The clams dish was outstanding. The broth was so good! Perfect for dipping bread, soaking it up and eating it. The Bolognese tasted like it cooked for hours and developed an amazing taste. Had a nice bottle of Nipozzano Chianti with the meal and shared Zeppolinis for desert. The meal was awesome and I would go back for that alone, but what made the experience even better and a must return restaurant was the service provided by Brooke. What a nice lady! She made dinner extra enjoyable. Her customer service is second to none and her smile makes you feel like you are dealing with family. I would highly recommend this place. Ask for Brooke and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Had dinner with a lovely friend that I hadn’t seen for a long time who was in town for a convention. Our server Myra Lee, along with the excellent food and wonderful company, made for a perfect evening. Myra was a delight. When asked for her recommendation she was so helpful and had specific dishes in mind depending upon if we were looking for something light and flavorful, fun and surprising, or fancy and elegant. We loved this!!! So much better than asking if we liked chicken or fish. We went with her ideas all night and weren’t disappointed! Thanks, Myra!

This is a restaurant that I had previously overlooked on my business trips to Indy, but we had a team dinner last night that was surprisingly good and changed my mind. The burrata and meatball appetizers were both solid starters, and the house specialty short rib gnocchi didn’t disappoint. The open kitchen concept added to the experience, and our server Brooke was especially attentive and provided detailed descriptions of the menu items as well as her recommendations and preferences. Our wine and water glasses stayed full, and we left full and happy.

Brought my kids for breakfast. While there is no kids menu, they were very accommodating and Darren was great! He anticipated our needs to the point where I didn’t really have to ask for anything extra. My water was refilled when it hit halfway, a couple of plates just showed up so I could split the order of pancakes for my kids, and he brought a fresh cup of coffee to go. He even made a couple of suggestions that weren’t even on the menu that he thought we might like. (Fruit instead of greens? Chocolate chips on pancakes? Why not!)
The food was surprisingly good, and my picky kids ate a lot more than they usually do—which is my benchmark for “extra tasty” these days..

The salmon was divine and practically melted in your mouth! Our server, Brooke, was extremely knowledgeable about all the selections as well- wine, food, dessert, etc. She was so bubbly and energetic, which made the dining experience even better. We will absolutely come back!

Aroi was a great server & the food was a great mix from the typical American dishes around the area.

OP is my favorite restaurant in Indianapolis- the food is absolutely exceptional- everything is handmade, right down to the salad dressings and the breads. Each item is made with special care and detail so that the flavors and presentation come together to make your senses come alive! The soup tonight was creamy yet light. It looked and tasted like a fresh garden. The strip steak was perfectly cooked to be tender, juicy and full of flavor. The service is always outstanding. Dailyn was attentive and her suggestions were exactly what we were looking for. She kept the courses coming at the right time so that we felt well taken care of and we never had to ask for anything! She always knew before we asked! We highly recommend OP for that special night out or really anytime you want a meal that exceeds your expectations! Well done!
