We had an amazing dining experience at High Velocity in Indianapolis, thanks to our incredible server, BW. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, welcoming, and extremely attentive.
Her descriptions of the dishes were so detailed and enticing that we could practically taste them before ordering! She was patient, kind, and made sure everyone at the table felt well taken care of. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly elevated our experience.
If you visit High Velocity, I highly recommend asking for BW—she is an absolute gem! Thank you for making our meal so enjoyable!

Great spot! John was the absolute best!!!!! We needed to kill time before a concert and he didn’t rush us or make us feel like a burden. I have a gluten allergy, and he was so helpful with figuring out what could be modified. Truly the best service I have received in a minute.

What an amazing experience! I just told everyone at our table. This was the Disneyland of restaurants because the customer service was over-the-top and amazing. Laura was so attentive and gave us suggestions on the menu based on our preferences. We had the club sandwich and glass of wine and loved it. We would definitely come back the next time we are in Indianapolis

Our experience at High Velocity in Indianapolis was truly memorable, thanks to our outstanding server, BW. She was not only incredibly kind and patient but also had a way of describing the dishes that made them sound absolutely irresistible!
BW went above and beyond to ensure everyone at our table was comfortable and well taken care of. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made our meal even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and personable server, and BW is a true star!

I had a fantastic dining experience at High Volocity thanks to our incredible server, BW. From the moment we sat down, BW went above and beyond to accommodate my dairy allergy. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made thoughtful recommendations that allowed me to enjoy my meal without any concerns. Her friendly demeanor and proactive approach turned a good dinner into a great one. It’s rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail. We frequently stay at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis, and one of the best things about this location is John F. at the High Velocity restaurant. He is so friendly and efficient. He goes out of his way to make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable. He has made such a lovely impact on us and our family that our children in Italy talk fondly of him. He is a wonderful man!!

Lori was fantastic! She was super friendly, knew the menu backwards and forwards, was able to help make recommendations that really helped our picky eaters and ended up being exactly what they wanted. She is definitely a gem to High Velocity!
We also had the pleasure of dining with John the previous night who was also exceptional. Boy did he know how to describe each menu item with color and his service was impeccable. Very personable as well as Lori.
Well done staffing this restaurant and loved all the upgrades you have done. Open, airy, inviting atmosphere! Well done!

Sports bar with a kitchen. Located within JW Marriott, it was ideal for quick meals while on biz trip.
Atmosphere is great although the many TV screens had a lot of repeated displays instead of a broader array of channels and sports.
Food was not a culinary experience, but passes as decent bar food, with the warning that the servings are huge. A serving of buffalo wings could have done it for a full lunch, although it is a appetizer.

We had a fantastic breakfast with Jen. She did a great job and was able to help us get in and out for our meeting without compromising the quality of food or service. If I was here regularly I would make sure to specifically ask to sit in her section.

Our server, Jessica was very helpful about ordering the right size items, and when my Wife and I decided to share both a salad and a Club Sandwich, the order came very nicely split on individual plates, and they even gave my wife her sweet potato fires and me my regular fries. And the resultant meal was an appropriate size for us. Thanks, Jess. (She also helped us decide what sights to see while walking around downtown.)

John had such amazing customer service. John is inviting, kept a smile on his face and kept checking on us. John explained some menu items and his recommendations. John customer service was so outstanding he talked us into getting the brownie with ice cream for dessert as we were stuffed. John is such an asset to your company. I would love to have him as my server again.

I had the best time at High Velocity with Ariana as my waitress. She made awesome suggestions as a first timer and made sure to check up on me to make sure I enjoyed everything. Her energy and positive attitude really made my day! Not to mention, the food was pretty good. Had the dip trio that has queso, salsa, and guacamole. The salsa and guacamole are made in house and you can tell! They were all so good! The queso had to be my favorite especially with the chips that have a special seasoning on them, so good!! I had the Philly cheesesteak with a side Caesar salad. The Philly melts into your mouth and the jalapeños are a nice addition, they’re not too hot and you don’t feel the heat until after and I love that. The meat melts in your mouth and I would say even though it’s not your traditional Philly because it has American cheese, it’s still awesome!! The Caesar salad is near and dear to me anywhere I have one. I enjoyed this Caesar salad because it had grated Parmesan but also shaved Parmesan on it! It was such a nice play of texture. I also love that the lettuce used was more green for nutritional value and there was a good amount of dressing on it too, not too mayo like exactly how I like it. A quality Caesar salad. Overall I rate my experience 9.5/10 because of the awesome service from Ariana and the good meal that I had. For surely will make a second trip here and bring some friends. Hopefully we have Ariana helping us!! I asked her what keeps her energy and positive attitude and she said because she wants to treat people as if they came to her house. I love that philosophy! I hope everyone else has that mindset!

Jess was amazing! She was so kind and attentive. Extremely easy to talk to and took great care of us! I asked for bleu cheese olives, which they don’t carry, and she offered to stuff green olives with bleu cheese crumbles for me! The definition of hospitality!

We have NO idea why this is the #1 ranked place in Indy on Trip Advisor. We spent $15 to park in public parking next door during a Colts home game. The restaurant was not crowded, but we did not see our waitress much. It was really neat to have a TV at our table, but we were not impressed with much else. Food was average. Wagyu burger was thin and didn't taste like wagyu beef, but my husband said the bacon was good. My son had the shirt rib grilled cheese and said it was average. I had the short rib tacos and couldn't even eat one. The meat was incredibly salty and over-seasoned and the taco had a LOT of fluid/grease. Regular fries were soggy, sweet potato fries were good. Prices were too high for the quality and amount of food. Restaurant decor was very cold and industrial. SURELY Indy has better places than this to eat??
