We ate at Uncommon Ground on a Friday night. Despite being a bit busy, the service was great (shout out to Tyler) and the food was excellent. We had the Vegetable Brisket soup which was hearty and delicious. We ordered the salmon and the barbecued...beef and both were tender and tasty. Tried a local beer, which was good, and we ended the meal with creamy gelato. I appreciated the tour of the rooftop garden which helps explain how fresh everything tastes. We'll definitely go there again!More

We had a great experience! Had a the sweet potato fries and hummus for appetizers. I had the salmon, others had fish tacos and Caeser salad. Everything was very good! Tried several different beers, all of which were great! Service was good plus they have...a small parking lot in the rear which made it very convienent! After dinner we walked down to the lake and on the way back decided to stop in again and sat out back in their great patio for another drink! Service out there was very good! Highly recommend!! Only complaint was it was very warm in the dining room, not sure if they were having an issue with a/c or if that's the typical temp.More

Food was good. Unfortunately service was terrible. Everything took forever and every time we needed something the server was scarce. Disappointed.

We really wanted to like this place so much more than a 3-star rating. The staff are very friendly and the decor/rooms are really beautiful. However, the food was lacking in flavor and consistency (warm when it should be served hot) and the music we...came to listen to in the "Listening Room" was anything but; a young man in the back of the room made an announcement to shut all electronic devices off and keep the talking/noise to a minimum as this is a listening room environment. No one listened to him and we couldn't hear the first act and when the second act came on, the young man repeated his statement. Again, no one listened to him, we couldn't hear them either and so we were very unhappy with our expectation of this restaurant and venue.More

They have a small parking lot behind but you can also find free parking on the side streets nearby. They also have an outdoor seating area open in the season. But the best part is their food. I was impressed and delighted. Did I mention...that they have indoor fireplace and bands are performing here in the evening.More

Eclectic menu to accommodate anyone; Gluten free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Burgers. 5 of us and everyone enjoyed their meals. The bacon wrapped meat loaf that I has was fantastic. Excellent service and ambiance as well.

Uncommon Ground is a true gem. Their fresh food is simply delicious, the staff members are so kind and attentive, and the atmosphere of the restaurant feels like a home. They also brew their own beer, which is quite tasty. So many options for vegetarians...and vegans, and the restaurant is super committed to environmental sustainability. There’s also a decent amount of live music, often by local performers. I recommend the mushroom ravioli, the cauliflower risotto, and the mango margarita. A must-visit if you love farm-to-table type meals!More
