Service was good but the food is very plain, mediocre. We took mezzo tour (6 mezzos) and all were disappointing. The worst Lebanese/ Mediterranean restaurant we have ever been to. I am only giving 3 stars because of the service, otherwise would give less.
An amazing and authentic restaurant downtown West Palm! The food is amazing as is the service. It truly feels like you're at the owners home for dinner. Very friendly and kind staff. A must visit restaurant.
The interesting and unusual spicing on almost every dish transported us out of Florida into the Middle East. Particularly enjoyed the muhamarra appetizer and the jibnee mishwieh, but the star of the show was the super tender and juicy lamb shank. Be prepared: it is...possible your meal will be visited by a belly dancer. Pleasant service, but could have been a tad more attentive.More
Beautiful spot, very friendly and kind staff, excellent Lebanese food indoors or under a tent outdoors with birds and greenery. We recommend it as a dreamy lunch or dinner spot in West Palm Beach just south of Clematis the main drag. Reasonable prices - quite...inexpensive lunch menu.More
The experience didn't disappoint! The food is outstanding, the service very good and the prices reasonable!
Wonderful Mediterranean restaurant, food is excellent authentic and full of flavour. Staff are very friendly and if you are lucky enough and visit on Friday you can enjoy belly dancer performance. One of my favourite places in West Palm!
A wonderful evening that felt like a mini vacation. There was a pretty garden that was covered but in August it's just plain too hot. The Mediterranean was prepared by a Lebanese chef with a belly dancer on weekends = A special evening. Francisco our...waiter was on point. The menu looked fabulous there was a lot to choose from it was difficult. Six of us started with warm fresh pita olive oil and herbs. There was a very nice wine list I enjoyed my Chardonnay and friends there Moscato's and Mojito's. We started with the steak tartare and friends started with tabouli. My husband and I shared a rack of lamb with vegetables and rice. The lamb was lean, juicy, cooked to perfection with memorable exotic seasoning. The grilled vegetables were very flavorful. Friends enjoyed their lamb shank, kebab and mixed grill. The baklava for dessert was delicious. Can't wait to come back again!More
We had not eaten here in quite a while. While my wife's sister was in town visiting, we thought we'd go here. The food, service, and atmosphere were great! We enjoyed our meals and our dog was able to be with us in the outdoor...seating area.More
So we went there because of the reviews. How is it possible that the reviews are so good. Food was ok. The appetizers were awful. I don’t eat meat , so I ordered 3 different appetizers. The waitress looked at me in disappointment because I...didn’t order a dinner. Who’s fault is it, that this is a Mediterranean restaurant with no vegetarian food, not to mention that 3 appetizers were more costly than the meals. The burak ( which I grew up eating) was soooooo bad. Who calls that fried piece of dough with barely anything inside a burak. It’s supposed to be phyllo dough. My husband had the chicken kebab and he said that it was ok. Then I went to use the bathroom 😬. Omg , the floor was horrible, there was mold on the wall, the paint was peeling off the ceiling. The whole thing was so disgusting that I didn’t use the bathroom. And omg so very overpriced for food that’s not authentic at all.More
Wife and I were there for Feb 14 dinner. Our server was friendly and had an amazing knowledge of the menu and carefully answered the menu questions we had. She was also familiar with the various cooking methods used. My wife had the sambusik app...which I didn't like but she did. I found the crust a bit too hard but she enjoyed it. I had the náanak which was just amazing. I can highly recommend this dish. For entrees she had the shish kebab which she claimed were the best she had ever had. I tasted it and found a profound fire grill flavor which I thought was outstanding. I had the lamb shank which I found to be ordinary. Not bad by any means but just ordinary. This is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. One other thing to mention if you aren't familiar with downtown WPB - unless you are very lucky you are going to spend 10 dollars to park for 2 hours around the restaurant. Just something to keep in mind. I can recommend Leila without a second thought.More
This restaurant serves excellent food in an outdoor setting with nice planting and lighting - very quiet as well. The tables are well spaced. Our food was outstanding, with large portions that resulted in a doggie bag. Both of us ordered kebabs and we shared...the greek salad. The owner came over to see if everything was all right. Give this place an A.More
Cannot say enough wonderful things about Leila - our go to restaurant for lunch and dinner. Just around the corner from the chaos of Clematis Street, this family-owned restaurant is an ongoing breath of fresh air. Their menu offers many options for every diet... The...thoughtfully prepared food is always outstanding - from the appetizers straight on through to their fabulously strong coffee. The Cauliflower appetizer is a standout, as are their salads! Their Falafel is among THE best I have ever tasted, and their kebabs are legendary. If all this is not enough to lure you to try Leila, their service is also top notch. Wonderful, spacious outdoor dining too... I hate to even share this review as I would love for this restaurant to remain a well kept secret. We are so lucky to have them right here in our neighborhood!More
My wife and I had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant on a Friday evening. We sat outside under their tent. The food was great. We shared delicious Leila salad and a red pepper tapenade to start. Entrees of lamb lefts and shush tawook were...prepared perfectly and served in large portions. We were also treated to a surprise with a fine performance by a belly dancer who worked her way around the tables. We would certainly return to Leila’s on another visit to West Palm Beach.More
Excellent Syrian dishes. We ordered variety of appetizers and all were good. Service and ambiance made us comfortable. Recommend.
