Banyan Brown Ale
Strength comes in many forms. With our banyan brown ale, the flavors develop slowly and wrap around your taste buds. You’ll taste notes of chocolate and a certain nutty hoppiness that will inspire you to ask for a second pint. Banyan trees are known as survivors. By nestling in crevices in other trees, the small seed of the banyan takes hold and starts to expand. Slowly, over time, the banyan tree drops its limbs and wraps around the original trunk. We like to think of the banyan brown ale in the same way – take a sip, drop your troubles and start to relax. The banyan brown ale is perfect for florida winters. The mild body is enough to keep you warm, without making you reach for woolen mittens. With hints of caramel and cocoa, you’ll enjoy sipping the banyan brown ale all year long.
Menu pairing: chicken kiev; grilled flounder; peppery cheeses like monterey and pepper jack
Black Treasure Imperial Porter Aged in Whiskey Barrel
Made with seven different grains, this beer is smooth with a slight chocolate falvor and the aroma and taste of whiskey. One or two of these and our may think you’re in tennessee sitting next to jack daniels himself.
Menu pairing: roast pork, roast beef, filet mignon,
Blackbeard Stout
Dark and delicious, made with malted, roasted, and chocolate barley with a soft finish
Menu pairing: try this one with a hearty chili
Cannon Ball Rootbeer
True brewed rootbeer for the young and young at heart.
Menu pairing: when is last time you enjoyed a rootbeer float? For a tropical twist, try a float with coconut ice cream.
Conquistador Doppelbock (Seasonal)
The fierce qualities of some of florida’s earliest explorers are represented with our flavorful conquistador dopplebock. With a high ABV – over 7% – our brew is as strong as the spanish that conquered much of our coast. After one or two, you might start calling yourself don jose and looking for a helmet. The conquistadors were searching for treasure in florida: gold, silver, the secret of immortality. While we can’t guarantee you’ll find gold at the bottom of a pint, maybe there’s a drop from the fountain of youth. And we’re not telling where it is. Take home a growler, enjoy a pint – the conquistador dopplebock will make the weakest men ready to sail across the sea.
Menu pairing: roast beef; drunken mussels; grilled venison or other hearty game; strong cheeses like limburger or perhaps a grilled brie; mole sauce

The Riptide Amber Ale is my favorite beer on the planet. I wish I could get it in stores back in Texas. Just a heads up, this place is cash only! There is an ATM inside if you forget.

A friendly cozy brewery in the historical village of Pensacola, but surprisingly they do not accept credit card payment. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the tap room is delightful. Both indoor and patio seating is available. Plenty choices of great beers.

Great place to stop in for a large variety of special brews made right on sight. Bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable about the variety of beers they serve. You can sit inside or outside on the patio.

This brewery has been around a long time, lots of regulars. Roomy inside, great patio. Great selection of beer. They only take cash, but there is an ATM inside.

Stopped in after going to the 'raining danes' festival. They only offer beer and water. Very small place and not a very friendly bartender. Beer was ok, line for the co-ed bathroom was awful. Probably would not go back.

Great beer selection & the staff are extremely knowledgeable especially if your not quite sure what you'd like. They even have they're very own Root Beer (non-alchoholic) which my husband was thrilled about.
