Depending on the time of day, try to eat outside to enjoy the awesome view of the beach. The food is good, and the drinks are very good.

We were looking for places near our hotel. Brandon’s is inside a condo, hard to find from the street, but with a great terrace location overlooking the beach. Prices are on the high side, but maybe average for Palm Beach. We chose the salmon with...sun dried tomato and artichoke hearts on farrow grain, which was really excellent. We asked for it to be lightly poached, not grilled, and the chef nailed it exactly. ($39). The $40 bottle of Murphy Chardonnay was very reasonable and server Nick was personable and professional. All in all a very pleasant experience in late afternoon on the beach. About $200 total but worth the splurge.More
I have a love-hate relationship with Brandon's. I live in a condo across the street and I've been to Brandon's at least eight times now. I keep going back because the food is spectacular and the view on the beach is pure delight. But the...service is atrocious – always. It doesn't matter if it's November or March, May or August, the service is so slow its ruins the experience. The waitstaff appears to be hustling, but they must be perennially understaffed. Be prepared for a slow dining experience.More
Disregard any review before 2021. There is a new chef and brand new crew at the Tideline. The food has been elevated beyond expectations. My husband and I started with the tuna crudo, which was light and fresh on a silky avocado crema. He had...the fresh snapper which he said was perfect. I had the lobster paella with a beautiful saffron flavor in the rice and generous portion of lobster. The entrees were right sized so we could enjoy courses and they are priced in line with fine dining in Palm Beach. I had the orange pannacotta for desert, it was light and fresh, with rich vanilla and the citrus three ways, very creative. My husband had the ultra decadent chocolate torte with was served with a dusting of hazlenut, rich vanilla bean ice cream and house made caramel. The restaurant is open to the public, not just hotel guests. It has beautiful ocean views, you can dine outside on the deck and hear the waves. The vibe is fine dining but without pretention. I highly recommend you come give it a try. I will be back.More
We had lunch here, the view was incredible, but tables around us were not bussed the entire time we were there, the birds loved it. The chicken in our pitas was unevenly cooked and parts were raw, not so good, I will not go back.
A large group of us were at Brandon's for a late lunch. The view is beautiful, the staff handled the large group well, the drinks were excellent, but the food was lacking. Several of us ordered the Shanghai Chinese chicken salad which was flavorless even...with the addition of the dressing and later, only slightly better after adding soy sauce we requested. The cilantro listed on the menu was absent and the chicken may have been boiled. Other salads were equally underwhelming. The few who ordered the pizzas were happy with their selection. With the abundance of restaurants available, this would not be my choiceMore
Amazing location, good food but horrendously poor and indifferent staff He scored an amazing table on the patio with inches from the beach but it was downhill from there We were randomly attended to by about 5 different people. They claimed to be busy but...the restaurant was far from full. I’ll give them 4 stars for the quality and taste of the dishes, 5 stars for location and a 1 Star for their indifferent concern for poor service. Including the manager. I appreciate they removed the automatic 20% tip.More
To be fair, the food at Brandon's is delicious. The setting out on the deck overlooking the ocean is romantic. But nothing can overcome the deplorable service. Sat for 30 minutes before someone came to us. Had to ask for cutlery and napkins. Plates not...cleared before next course served. The server was not going to clear the dirty plates until I asked. 45 minute wait between appetizer and entry. No one ever came by to see how we were doing. No one asked if we wanted a second drink. We had no less than 7 different servers, none of whom knew what had preceded or what was coming. No one could help describe the rather complicated specialty drinks. To make matters worse, an automatic 20% tip was added though it was not stated anywhere that this was going to be added. I could go on. The manager did remove the service charge and discounted the charge by 10%. She knew that the service was atrocious. When I asked why it was so bad, she shrugged. I asked if they were overbooked (it was not that busy). She weakly said they were short on staff but people kept coming in. Instead of saying they were full, they just kept seating people. It's a shame that the service remains so bad (it has been bad in every incarnation of this restaurant over the years). It has a great location and great food but GIVE THIS RESTAURANT A PASS.More
We had a lovely dinner on our last evening at the hotel and we were served by a very charming and efficient waitperson, Ayelen. She provided very fine service and showed great desire to make sure we had a wonderful dining experience. Ayelen returned a...couple of times during our meal to make sure that everything was satisfactory. We look forward to seeing her during our next visit.More
Small menu but really all you need is on it especially in low season. Burger was good, flatbread not so much, salads fine. Fritto Misto was very good.
We brought a party of 12 for an early birthday party. When we made the reservation we asked if we could order off the happy hour menu at the table since we were sitted next to the bar and was told yes over the phone....The waiter that night at our table was Michael. He couldn't have been any ruder or arrogant during the entire evening. He embarassed me, the host that brought the party of 12, arguing with me in front of the party. He was very confrontational all night and ruined the party. We didn't want to cause a disturbance and said that we would walk to the bar and order our drinks and food and bring it to the table. Michael was just rude about the entire thing and made us all feel terribly unwelcome there. We are all professionals in the community. The 12 of us will be telling all of our friends not to every go back there. By the way, due to the weather, we were really the only customers there that night. We asked that they split the check, they refused, it's not like they were busy or anythingMore
We ordered lunch out by the pool of the Tideline beach resort and the food is from Brandon’s but I don’t know if it is the same menu as if you went inside and sat down to eat or not but everything was great. We...ordered the chips and guacamole, margarita pizza and the Cobb salad and everything was excellent! The mojitos were great too!More
Decent setting, friendly bartender. Salmon was very, very good. Definitely would recommend. Excellent flavor.
The staff was friendly and very attentive, from the moment I called to make a reservation until the moment we left. The food was absolutely amazing, and the view is gorgeous. We had the catch of the day - a sea bass that was to...die for - and salmon that was cooked to perfection. I can’t say enough about this restaurant!! I love it and only wish I could eat there more often - sadly we don’t live nearby. Kudos to the chef and staff - thank you for a lovely last dinner in Palm Beach!!!More
We had a nice dinner and great service with a beautiful view. The sushi was delicious, mahi cooked perfectly and the kids Mac and cheese was a hit with all of us.
