pizza is no big deal. I support a local family owned business ( Mike's Pizza. ) I banned Papa John's because of there issues on gays.

Worst Papa John’s in the country!

The only reason I gave it one star is because I can’t give negative stars! We were staying at the Courtyard Marriott at Miami airport. It is a complex of three Marriotts. Ordered our pizza via app as always, entered the address and room number. There is no ability to name your hotel, just the address and room number. Tracked our pizza because we had been traveling all day and were hungry. It took 2-hours to be “delivered”. Called our front desk, no pizza, no pizza guy. Called Papa’s told pizza was on the way. App states delivered. Went looking for the pizza-it was at the front desk of another hotel! COLD! Each hotel has different room number types Called Papa John’s their attitude was oh well, you didn’t put the hotel or room number. Um, yea we did, it’s in the app. It didn’t PRINT on their end, so they just dropped it off! Sat on hold for 45-minutes to speak with a manager. Finally spoke to the manager only for her to say, “well what do you expect me to do?” We want a refund and our $10 reward back” she agreed. Hung up and never refunded the money. I know it’s October, but BOO Papa John’s! Do better!

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT WAY TO LOSE BUSINESS

I Gave a 1 because I could not give a 0. This Papa Johns has the worst customer service possible. I am the Front Desk Supervisor at The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kendall right down the street from this Papa Johns and we have been doing business with them for many years now. Our guest love to order from there because it is so close and they know that every time they order we get a card for a free pizza once we accumulate 10 cards. BUT from now on you can be sure that we will no longer do business with this papa johns due to the way its "New Management" has treated us. I called to order our free pizza that we deserve and the new manager there has told me that it can only be with 1 topping. Old management use to make it complimentary to choose more than 1 topping due to the fact we bring them so much business but this person who i spoke to refused to give me a pizza with more than 1 topping. I understand everyone has protocols to follow therefore I said it was okay to just go ahead and charge me for the extra toppings which I do not think there is any thing wrong about doing that and this person still refused to and he continued to get loud with me on the phone.. if this is the type of "New Management" you guys have hired then good look from getting any business with us because I will make sure no one from our property continues to give you business and I will make sure to let our near by hotel partners know of the kind of RUDE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE you guys provide. So much for "New Management" You guys should really be careful who you hire as managers. Last time I checked as managers you should work on upgrading your business and clientele rather then lose it as your so called "New Manager" has done.
