I ordered Pork Sisig and got an Onion Sisig (pork is missing)… they told us that it’s 250 grams of pork, but it doesn’t look like 250 grams for me. You be the judge..

we were still undecided where to spend our lunch on our way back to bulacan from spending a weekend in tagaytay. balinsasayaw's signage caught our attention from afar and decided to give it a try. it was a delightful experience since my son's birthday fell...also on that day. he was very happy to celebrate it with his cousins. we devoured three orders of sisig, crispy pata kare-kare, whole fried chicken, pancit bihon-canton guisado, balinsasayaw express, chop suey, beef kaldereta and 2 platters of rice. it was a feast fit for more than a dozen people. and we're only 9. it took 36 minutes before all our orders were served simultaneously but it's worth the long wait.More
Visiting the final resting place of one of our dogs in Pet Valley Cemetery was our main purpose in driving to Silang. I asked the receptionist for a good place to eat and she instantly recommended Balinsasayaw. Upon our arrival at the restaurant, we didn’t...expect that we would have our own cottage or kubo, which makes social distancing effortless. The waiter assigned to us recommended the crispy pata, pinakbet and halu-halo. We took his advice and the rest is history! The crispy pata was fried to perfection without being oily. The vegetables used in the pinakbet were fresh and crunchy while the halu-halo was simply divine. All dishes are good for 3-4 persons so we had a lot of leftovers. The restaurant staff is very attentive and friendly, and the prices of the food are reasonable. Balinsasayaw is a nice place to treat balikbayans who will have a taste of authentic Filipino food in an equally authentic Filipino setting. We cannot wait to be back!More
Our family was on our way to Batangas for the weekend and we stopped over for lunch at Balinsasayaw. We easily got parking. Yes! Then we got a table for 12 which took a while since it was lunchtime. The service is self-service cafeteria style...- you just point and it will be placed on a dish/bowl for you. The number of dishes is awesome - bulalo (beef marrow soup), adobo, barbeque, sinigang, sweet & sour fish, menudo, paksiw, ginataang gulay, tortang talong, bicol express... Think of any Filipino favorite and most likely its there. You get your own soda/juice from their fridge, and when you're done, a girl will come over to the table and hand you a bill. We were a family of 12 and our orders did not even reach P2,000. Really affordable and tastes good too. You can order take out and some dessert if you still have room. A very satisfying lunch indeed.More
Today we had dinner at Balinsasayaw in Silang. What an absolutely wonderful experience. The ambience is superb -- we had dinner in a small and comfy bahay kubo. The service was prompt and friendly, the food was fabulous and large portions, We had baked bangs...and bison with a large plate of Balinsasayaw's famous rice. Our son was celebrating his 5th birthday so this made a visit even more special. He very much enjoyed hid Banana Split -- and without us even asking he was served with a small cheese cake with a candle and singing of Happy Birthday. All the servers were very nice and when we were ready to leave the very gracious and kind manager lady stopped by our cube to say thank you. This place is very popular and for very good reasons. We will definitely be back here again.More
Although we were craving for something not native, the small huts really impressed us from the highway, so we chose to eat here. I would recommend the Chicken Binakol since the taste was really something new to me. Nope, it doesn’t taste like Tinola but...I was expecting it to taste like one. I got disappointed with the Balinsasayaw shake. I was expecting something spectacular after all the answers when I asked what it was. It tasted like common Mango shake to me...sorry. If you want to go native and would like to impress your foreigner friends, visitors, and/or office mates and brag about our native food and ambiance, I suggest you take them here.More
place was very attractive from the outside but once your there and dine in - from the utensils and plates. they used very cheap. it doesnt equal to their pricey menu. and what was worst are the food. taste like no one knows how to...cook in that resto. im sorry but i hope this resto should improve a lot.More
You paid for the ambiance and parking, pricey for little serving, taste average. You may want to try it just once. Service crew is very good.
Came here as recommended by a friend. Ordered barbeque pork, chicken tuna and pork rib with rice, bulalo soup and noodles. Beef soup was good, pork barbeque was well grilled, butslightly tough. Noodle very tadty. The experience inside a hutwith mosquito net was good. It...was cheap and may want totry their otherdelicacies.More
Food is great. You can even buy your own tawilis and request the resto crew to cook it for you. The bulalo is good, ambiance is adorable and the staff are nice and smiling
