Avarage pizza pies. Other things in the menu include Mediterranean dishes. I was hoping to find gyros and falafel sandwiches, but I did not see them when ordering thru Uber Eats.

After waiting almost 40 minutes for a takeout order for a pepperoni pizza, I asked when the food would be ready to the person working. He asked what I ordered to which I replied a pepperoni pizza I had ordered a 40 minutes prior. He...said just another five minutes it’s taking a bit long to cook. I see him make a pepperoni pizza and I ask if that’s my pizza that he forgot about. He said no it’s another pepperoni pizza, not yours. I told him that there’s no one that ordered or called in the same order as me. His reply was that there were two pepperoni pizzas In there and his employees were nodding there head knowing he was lying to me about my food. The owner looked at me and told me he didn’t forget when clearly he made a mistake. It’s one thing to make a mistake and make it right, it’s another thing to lie to a customer and make them wait over an hour for a pizza. The pizza was honestly awful and I will never recommend these people to my worst enemy. 0/10More

If you are looking for authentic mediterranean type food then this is the spot to go to in New Haven. Have been going to them for over ten years now since I attended college. Respectful staff, free parking in the garage next to it if...you are going to their restaurant, and overall good food.More

We all know that mistakes happen. It's how they are addressed that makes or breaks a place. Today I placed an order and part of it was left behind when it was delivered. When I called, the person who answered the phone was very apologetic...and told me he would take care of it right away. I ordered a small Greek salad, an order of stuffed grape leaves and fried cauliflower. This was either the biggest "small" salad I have ever seen, or I was given a large due to the error. Either way I was happy. He also threw in a free dessert for my trouble. Nice surprise at the bottom of the bag. What I thought would be 2 meals quickly turned into 3. The grape leaves were definitely hand-made. They are not your typical grape leaves with dill inside. These have a kick to them. Very different but tasty. The salad was very fresh and had fresh parsley on top. Fresh herbs are always a nice touch. The cauliflower was also very good. If you like Mediterranean food, check this place out!More

Ordered a buffalo wings, pepperoni pizza. It was to go . One of the best pizza I had in a long time. Good mix of spicy and sweet. I am not sure how many calories in each slice but who cares it was wort it....Try it and you will knowMore

Bar wouldn't seat me because it was just me, so they suggested I go next door to Aladdin. First hint...don't eat pizza at a place called Aladdin. The pizza was raw. It would have been horrible even if thoroughly cooked, though.

Went here dozens of times as a student at Yale. Love the chicken cutlet sub with hot sauce. Halal philly cheese steak is also good. Lots of Arab options.

Ordered for the 1sr time from Aladdin. Tried their large cheese Pizza with 1 topping and 2 liter side special $13.99 and tried their vegetarian falafel pita sandwich...The food order was okay...My friend makes a better Falafel sandwich at Ninth Square Market Deli than here...

My friend and i ordered "vegetarian pizza" to go and when we were asked if we meant veggie stuffed bread we said "no." When the delivery guy showed up, he made us go outside (in the rain) because he didn't want to get rained on....$22 for 4 pieces of pizza should have been a red flag, but we paid and left a tip anyways. Upon opening the box, we found stuffed bread, greasy and inedible. We called to complain, and "john" answered the phone. He was extremely rude and suggested we drive 20 mins back to the store from our house in east haven to return the food (at 2am) When we called for the manager, Mohammad, we were given the run around and told he had left (this was 2 minutes after being hung up on) I work in the restaurant industry and serve customers as a living, and know that this is not an acceptable way to treat a paying customer who tipped 20%. I suggest that no one orders from this establishment and refrains from considering it as an acceptable option considering the way I was treated tonight. I will never order food from them again and warn anyone who decides to go this route.More
