My wife and had pizza here for dinner. Mine had sausage and goat cheese while my wife’s had pesto and pepperoni. Mine was very good but my wife’s was a little better. The crust is fairly thin and you can choose a 6 inch or...11 inch. We tried a number of their beers via a flight. Most were decent but forgettable. They had a rye IPA that was very good, though. Service was excellent. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. Everything arrived quickly. We arrived there around 5:00 on a Friday and were lucky to get a seat. The place seems very popular so you might want to arrive early.More

Not real Italian pizza. Not impressed. Service was horrible and food was cold by the time it was served to the table. Good products are hard to find in restaurants.

Great pizza and cheese bread I do wish that they served something other that beer and wine. I'm a cocktail kind of girl

Lucky enough to get seated on a busy evening. There was a 20 minute wait and while waiting, the host started gently turning people away due to the pending closing time and staffing shortages. Some ignored this and walked straight to the bar, which was...a no-no. So a ‘Hats Off’ to this host, as he handled everything so calmly and professional. Onto the food, definitely worth the wait. Everything was fresh, tasty, and of high quality - beer top-notch. Service was friendly, and the atmosphere casual with a Western flair. Our high-top table was a little small and precarious, but managed to dine without disaster. I would suggest getting here a little earlier in peak-hours to ensure a seat.More

Stopped here on our trip across the Southwest based on the TA reviews and was not disappointed. Salads and deserts were great and the 4 different pizzas we had were all outstanding. If this restaurant was in Chicago, it would become one of our favorites....The craft beer and service were top notch as well.More

We sat at the bar on a very busy night and had a good experience. The pizzas were excellent and the beer was cold. The bartender was good at her job and managed to keep up with everyone!

In the past it’s been great but today...not so much. Granted, there’s a pandemic going on. My hubby and I have had lunch dates here numerous times before Covid and enjoyed the food and the service. The hostess today either had not been properly trained...by management or was not the best choice/personality for the job. There were three adults and two children in our group. We had hoped to dine at an outdoor table on the sidewalk but there were none so I came in to order “to go” for us. Seeing there were more decisions to make than I was prepared for I asked the hostess if I could please take the menu outside the front door to get a consensus on what my family wanted me to order. She said no I could not do that. Say what? I thought restaurants were in business to encourage not discourage sales! I was so astonished that I just took the menu and walked out as I absolutely could not imagine that the management would disallow this very simple and reasonable request. I then came back in and placed my order. She took my credit card, swiped it at least six times and told me it wouldn’t work. I told her it worked just fine and I had already used it several other times today with no problem. She then swiped it again over and over and finally got it to work. I went outside to join my family to wait the half hour for our pizza. The hostess did come out and tell us when our food was ready which we appreciated. When I went in to get the food I noticed the restaurant was now not nearly so crowded so I asked the hostess if we could dine inside since there was now room. She said she would have to ask her manager. She came back and said that we could sit at two tables that were pushed together on the left and use the built in bench and that they would put another chair at one end of the table for us. We said that would be great and thanked them but then the hostess took us instead to a four top in the middle of the room which was very crowded for five people snd two large pizza boxes. My husband had to eat his pizza on top of the stacked up pizza boxes! We were not given plates so we laid our slices of pizza on top of napkins right on the table. Is this really the way you want to treat your customers? Also, our pizza with Gorgonzola cheese was good, but the pizza with pepperoni was so salty that it was nearly inedible. It seemed as tho the lid on the salt shaker may have come off accidentally. This was not just my experience but an opinion shared by all in our group. Possibly you could let people add their own salt? Thanks for listening. Today was not a good day for us at your restaurant. We are retired now but were self employed in a customer service business for 43 years and truly strove to do our best to honor our customers. We did not feel honored or cared for today at your establishment. We feel very strongly about supporting local businesses but will need to take a pause before we come in again.More

Great pizza, great beer, fantastic location, great decor and wonderful service. This restaurant is located on Main Street and after eating it is fun to walk around and enjoy downtown Montrose.

Some unusual pizza flavor combinations, and they were great. And some good brews too! We had the Molto Carne and the Cowboy pizzas. I liked the Molto Carne best, but both were good. The dining room isn’t very large, and with Covid-spaced tables, it filled...up quickly. So I’d go earlier than you want to eat, just in case.More

My family and I visited the Black Canyon and always like to try local restaurants. The Colorado Boy Pizzeria got good reviews so we thought we'd try it. We decided to order out but loved the vibe and wished we'd stayed to enjoy it. The...pizza sauce was a little different and we really enjoyed it! Wished we had time to try more options on the menu.More

We had the gluten free pizza and a lemon and lavender cider. The pizza I recommend, the cider...is an acquired taste. It was refreshing for about 5 seconds, then turned so bitter it made my lips pucker. Still, it's nice to have options. We also...had the flourless chocolate cake which satisfied my sweet tooth but was basically a slab of fudge with whipped cream on it. Our server Bailee was a sweetheart though, and was very friendly and attentive.More

Pizza and beer is our favorite combo for a weekend treat! Colorado Boy Brews was fabulous. We would recommend the flight of beer so you can sample multiple flavors.

Yes we are more of a restaurant than a brewery. We pride ourselves in our beers which have won international awards, but pizza is our main thing!

Well someone said the food and beer was bad, and I was hoping they would give some constructive criticism. I know how we make everything and while someone might not like it I guarantee it's good. But one star - ouch
