Great variety of dishes in the lunch buffet: shrimp, breaded pork ribs, Szechwan meats with vegetables, and others. Hot and sour soup is a spicy, tofu delight that could be the meal on its own. Wonderful, welcoming staff as well.
World's Best Orange Chicken! Not the most elegant ambience, but the warm greeting from staff and the SUPERB orange chicken made up for it. Won ton soup was very good. My companion ordered seafood combination, but kept nibbling on my orange chicken. But eat it...all there, as it does not reheat well. We'll be back!More

I recently got to enjoy Lu House for dinner with family. I was in town visiting, we were trying to decide about dinner after deciding we wanted to go out. One of our local family asked if anyone wanted Chinese, and she then recommended Lu...House. It was a quiet Sunday evening. They weren't busy in the dining room, but their take-out business was brisk I started with their Hot/Sour soup. It was very good, nice and tasty. My only wish would have been that it was hotter temperature wise. But it was good and did not disappoint. I was pleased they offered a chilled beer glass to go with my bottled beer. Nice touch. Then my main entree was Kung Pao Chicken. When it arrived I was pretty shocked at the size of the serving, and didn't think there was anyway I could or should eat it all. Well....I ate nearly all of it. Very tasty with nice crispy vegetables, not over cooked. Lots of Peanuts....and great flavor and spice. I had fried rice with the entree, which was also done well. Their entree prices for dinner were very reasonable just under $10. Overall I was very pleased. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Their menu is very broad and diverse. The dining room is simple, but clean and it works. I was very happy with the food and the value. I'll have to try lunch sometime, so I can experience more items via their buffet. Enjoy!!More
Remodel and refreshed over the years. Pleasant atmosphere with small buffet setup. Good service in general but very slow on the check. Food was pretty good though not a lot of variety.

This is my regular lunch spot when I want Chinese. The buffet is the only Chinese buffet I will eat at. No food sitting out all day of mediocre quality, everything is good and fresh. Service is fantastic, and they recognize me on sight, even...when I haven't been for several months. It's also super cheep. $7 will get me lunch and the portions last me for two meals.More
I have lived in China and was most impressed with Lu House! There are many authentic Chinese dishes - not just American-Chinese standbys. Service was excellent and cordial! We called ahead and our food was ready when we arrived. Try the lettuce wrapped chicken -...it's a continental favorite. Beef with snow peas was well done; my daughter loved Western standby sweet/sour chicken. Gen Tsao chicken also excellent. Lu House also offers wide selection of Thai dishes, as well as Japanese tempura and teriyaki. For vegans, there are several excellent tofu and veggie dishes! Central location on Main Street and well signed makes it easy to find! As Chinese would say: hen hao chi! Very tasty! 很好吃！More
Yes, Chinese lovers the buffet has returned to Lu House. It was gone for quite awhile. Granted it is much more limited than before. However, the food on the buffet is very good for the selections available. I stuffed myself on the goodies available Service...is good. They greeted me in a very friendly manner, and made me feel welcomed. They kept my water glass full with cold, fresh water. The atmosphere isn't much. It is a small space to begin with. Yes, I will return when in the area. I do recommend the buffet for lunch.More
