About
Cheba Hut is a "Toasted" sub concept that has been curing munchies since its start in 1998. Founder Scott Jennings decided to showcase the harmony between great tasting food and ... well, a very specific counter-culture. The menu features over 30 signature sub sandwiches, as well as a variety of Rice Krispy treats, salads and munchies. Most locations also offer craft beer bars that feature local beers from neighborhood breweries. What really sets Cheba Hut apart, though, can only be experienced in our shops. We combine homegrown food with real people in a relaxed environment. Escape the established.

Our family came in for lunch and was impressed with how quickly we received our order. More important, the sammies were delicious! The manager was friendly and checked in to make sure we were happy with our order. Overall good customer service and experience. We will be back!

It's a bit counter cultural, but the toasted subs are to die for. I'm told they are named for recreational drugs. If that is offensive, don't let it stop you. The subs are worth it.

Subs sandwiches with a different twist. Fresh ingredients with a large variety. Menu is diverse offering other choices besides subs. Layout and the workings are very similar to the other sub shops. Quality of our lunch was quite good. They even serve craft beer. Service was OK. Atmosphere was OK. Prices were reasonable.

Delicious food, great atmosphere & employees, all around good vibes. By far the best sub place I have been to since leaving NY.
I will be returning and bringing friends. Officially in my top places to go whenever I visit Ft. Collins.

The very best sandwiches in Fort Collins. High quality ingredients, very fresh, interesting and innovative menu. The atmosphere is fantastic as a bar...lots of wonderful artwork on the walls and throughout the restaurant, and it even has old fashioned video games, like Pac Man! The one problem, however, is that there isn't a proper ventilation system in the restaurant, so I have to do take-out, due to the smokey environment that leaves my hair and clothes stinking, and my eyes and throat very irritated. I worry most for the employees, who are being exosed to an unhealthy environment. The building owner desperately needs to install a proper ventilation system, and if they do, I'll give this venue an Excellent rating. I do wish that they would get a frier to make french fries, but with the bad ventilation, I don't think it's possible. I also dislike that Cheba Hut stopped doing independent deliveries, and now uses a third party delivery service. Before this, they delivered until around 2am, but now there are no delivery options after 10pm.
I do wonder why the Health department has not addressed the ventilating problem, but until they do, avoid this place unless you can go home, shower, and wash the clothes you were wearing at Cheba Hut, including your coat. Even airing my coat outside for 2 days didn't allow the smokey smell to fade, so I had to dry clean it. Your hair will stink, but at least you'll get an amazing sandwich

The sandwiches were so delicious, and the people working there seemed happy. Not a common thing in a sandwich shop. I had the Magic Mushroom veggie sandwich, my hubby got a La Canna (Italian) one. Really glad we stumbled upon this place. We were going next door, but they were closed... happy accident.

Great sub shop in the heart of Foco! I had the roast beef with horseradish sauce. It was sublime. The atmosphere is nothing short of happiness. Will go back for sure!

Cheba Hut is a great restaurant in Fort Collins. They have some good subs that are sure to fill you up. Their subs have some funny names but don't let that fool you. When you visit their website they also have pro tips for making the subs all the better. The prices are a bit high for some of them but overall very good.

My husband and I happened on this restaurant and had subs for lunch. They were the best subs we’ve had! The garlic bread was extraordinary! Highly recommend this place!

Great little Sub Shop. One of the places I like to stop while driving from SD to Denver. Love the Rasta Vide and Music. Cleaver Sandwich names. Pakalolo is my favorite. Staff is always nice.

Cheba Hut has the best sub or hoagie type sandwiches in town. You have to wait a bit longer than some other places but it's worth the wait, as they are better than the others and have a much larger selection plus they're are served warm.

Ordered the Panama Red, Cookie, Cheesy Garlic Bread, and a Turkey Veggie pinner with a cup of French Onion Soup. Total price $26. Friendly service, cool atmosphere. Parking can be tricky, so you may have to park down the street.

First let me say, to feed 5 people here (3 of the sandwiches we ordered were SMALLS by the way) it was $59.03 before tip!!! All we got was sub sandwiches, tiny bags of chips and small drinks. For this reason, I would not be back. I ordered the all famous "white widow" that everyone raves about...the chicken isnt even chicken, its processed rubbery crap!! (you know that chicken that has the grisly pieces and its smushed together to "look" like a piece of chicken breast, but it's not) GROSS PEOPLE HOW THE HELL DO YOU SAY THIS IS GOOD.. clearly they are high af
