We love The Melting Pot and go as often as possible in our hometown of Houston, but the service in this location was extraordinary. We casually mentioned to our server John M that we were visiting here and he decorated our dessert plate with a lovely “Welcome to Colorado” message written in chocolate and gave us each a complimentary flute of champagne. Fantastic service!

The Melting Pot has been at the top of our Go-To list for special occasions for years. A few days ago my wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at The Melting Pot, and it was wonderful. For one thing, they provided a complimentary bottle of champagne to use in commemoration of the event. The food, as always, was wonderful. And while the staff at The Melting Pot has always been exceptional, they exceeded even that standard on this occasion. Our primary server, Brooke, was friendly, personable, extremely helpful, and also put an incredible personal touch for our anniversary by creating a decorated dessert plate for us. She is very talented, and we couldn’t have been more amazed at her artistry. Kudos to The Melting Pot staff and especially Brooke for making our anniversary celebration a truly memorable occasion for my wife and me this year.

My girlfriend and I dined here for our first anniversary and did the complete dinner for two. The meal was an amazing expierence and the food was phenomenal. It was made even more so by our servers, Brooke and Levi, who went above and beyond normal service. They were both very knowledgeable about the menu, and were very helpful answering any and all questions and offered recommendations. What really made our night was that during dessert, they surprised us with an extra plate. On it they wrote "cheers to many more years" in white chocolate and sprinkles. Earlier in the night I had ordered a mocktail and my girlfriend had ordered a margarita. When they brought out the plate with the message on it, they also brought out a glass of champagne and a glass of apple cider. I hadnt mentioned that I don't drink so I though it was incredibly thoughtful that they brought out apple cider for me. Overall, our servers were very personable, and made our evening feel very special. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

My husband and I come to the Melting Pot multiple times a year. The food is always incredible, as is the service. The waiter we have for our anniversary this year, Zach S., was wonderful. He was incredibly attentive and served us with the kind of care and quality you'd give to a first time guest. When eating out at finer restaurants, I sometimes feel as though our waiters will solely speak to/give more attention to my husband. Zach was incredibly kind and addressed us both in every interaction. I can't speak highly enough of him or the restaurant itself.

We did the 4-course meal. We knew it would be lots of food but it's really ridiculous how much food you get. The food was presented nicely however our cheese fondue arrived cold which we thought was odd but it finally warmed up. Our server was nice... just a bit awkward and somewhat unprofessional. I am guessing he was just inexperienced. We also told the server that it was our first time there yet we had to ask questions about cooking times, sauces etc. You would have expected he would have automatically explained this all. Overall it was memorable but due to the service and price I doubt we'll return any time soon.

Our evening out was a Christmas present from my partner. It was FREEZING out that night, but the restaurant was warm and inviting. We got settled at our table, and our server Gia came and introduced herself. She walked us through the menu, made great suggestions, and made the experience not only easy and enjoyable, but also entertaining! She also brought out this magical seasoning (garlic and wine) that was PHENOMENAL on every single thing we ate... Okay, maybe not the dessert, haha.
Thanks so much Gia for making the night even better than it already was. We will definitely be back in and requesting you!!!

Had an amazing time here! The food is soooo good and I think its a really great value for what you pay!! We got complementary champagne with dessert which is unheard of for me and our server did a really cute sprinkle dessert plate! Zack S was an amazing server with witty humor and a great attitude!! We will definitely be coming back for more!

I had an amazing dining experience thanks to our server, John! From the moment we sat down, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel truly welcome. His attentiveness was unmatched—he checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. John was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations that didn’t disappoint. His genuine care for his customers made our meal unforgettable. Highly recommend requesting him for an exceptional dining experience!

Alex was a phenomenal server! I had most of my mind made up when we arrived for what I wanted, and she was great at helping me fill in the blanks. I felt like we had plenty of time to dine without feeling crowded, but when we needed something we didn't ever have to ask. Each course was as delicious as I remembered, I just wish I had more room for more.

Booked a reservation at the melting pot for my wife’s birthday. Was able to book a special experience with roses and a floating candle for our table which made the evening even more special. The food was easy and fun to enjoy, and our waitress Alex was especially attentive and helpful with great suggestions from the menu. Would highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions!

We had an absolutely incredible experience at The Melting Pot in Colorado Springs, and it was all thanks to Alex! From the moment we sat down, Alex made us feel so welcome. She’s bubbly, friendly, and has the kind of energy that instantly makes you comfortable. Her attentiveness was unmatched – she made sure every detail was perfect down to spelling out last name on a dessert plate and never missed a beat. What thoughtful attention to detail!
What stood out the most was how she genuinely took the time to get to know us, which made the entire dining experience feel so personalized. Whether it was checking in to ensure everything tasted perfect or recommending delicious pairings, Alex went above and beyond. It’s rare to find such exceptional service, and she’s the reason we’re already planning our next visit!
If you’re visiting The Melting Pot, ask for Alex – you won’t be disappointed! Thank you, Alex, for making our night so special!

Between the atmosphere and the service $60 a plate is just right. Dress up if you want or go casual. The seating allows for privacy and the lighting is set nice and low. Managers will come by filling water as a means to inquire about the service. There is so much like checking plate temps and quietly grabbing utensils that happens without taking away from the mood.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Melting Pot, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was perfect for a cozy and fun evening. The fondue selections were delicious, and everything from the cheese fondue to the chocolate fondue was absolutely divine.
A huge shout-out to our server, Josh P. He was outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and so personable. He made great recommendations, ensured our meal went smoothly, and truly enhanced our dining experience. Josh’s enthusiasm for the menu and his genuine care for making our night special were clear.
If you’re looking for a memorable dining experience with top-notch service, definitely ask for Josh P. at The Melting Pot. Can’t wait to return!

Tomas is an amazing waiter and the perfect complement to an extraordinary meal! While the price may seem high for budget conscious diners, if you are looking for a truly exceptional dining experience, try the downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado Melting Pot. You will select your variety of cheese and fondue style for your appetizer. This is followed by your hot oil fondue entre with an amazing assortment of sides and sauces. The meal concludes with your choice of chocolate fondue and a diverse assortment of treats and fruit for dipping. Without being pestered, you will be treated as royalty: Ask for Tomas (emphasis on the second syllable)!

We had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at the Melting Pot, and our waiter, John, played a huge part in making it memorable. We were celebrating our son’s senior year at the United States Air Force Academy, and John went above and beyond to ensure the evening was special. His attention to detail, warm demeanor, and impeccable service truly stood out. He was attentive without being intrusive and made sure every aspect of our meal was perfect. We felt genuinely valued as customers, and his efforts made our celebration even more meaningful. Highly recommend asking for John if you’re dining at the Melting Pot—he’s outstanding!
