First, their recipes are unique and delicious! Their cooks consistently deliver high quality dishes that are tasty and addictive. You must try the Green Chili, and on Sundays try their Chili Rellenos. Secondly, their staff is fantastic. We had not visited Colorado in 18 months, yet Eric (our server) reminded us of our favorite selections! Now that is excellence in customer experience!

My family and I enjoyed a weekend breakfast here a couple months ago. The place was packed and somewhat noisy, but the staff got us seated in less than 10 minutes. Wait staff was attentive and the food arrived relatively quickly. My daughter enjoyed her hash brown plate, my wife had a good omelet, and I enjoyed a satisfying breakfast burrito. Prices were very reasonable, making for a good value on your breakfast meal.

Our hotel was close to Omelets Etc and we decided to try it for breakfast. The place was very busy but the service was friendly and efficient. My husband and I both had omelets with hash browns. Our breakfast was delicious! Glad we made the right choice to eat there.

The food is good. But the service is better. Eric was our server and he was awesome. Our coffee was always full and our food came quick.

Had breakfast here on a trip to Colorado Springs. I had the steak omelet with pancakes and hash browns. Great portion size and not expensive. Well worth it!

Once again the Food and the Service were Outstanding and well worth the return visit. If you go there on Sunday make sure you take a look at their Special's.

The service staff was wonderful and the customers were all very friendly. I loved that they have a "Seniors" section on the menu. Everything seemed to be fairly priced. The food was just okay, however. I had a biscuit, sausage and gravy with two eggs over easy, which I have the first time I go to a new place. The gravy was fairly bland and the eggs were over cooked.
One of my friends had an omelet and she loved it. Her husband said his meal was just okay also.
I will try it again and may upgrade my review..

My family and I wanted to try something new while staying at Great Wolf Lodge. Tried this restaurant and we were glad we did. I had the veggie omelette with fruit and pancakes, my son had the Mexican omelette, and my daughter had the kids meal happy face pancake with eggs and bacon. Our plates were full and the pancakes and omelettes were amazing. Prices are reasonable esp for what you get.
