Element was a great place for us to have dinner. They willingly split our entree and appetizer, both of which had adequate portions. It has a varied menu which we're sure anyone would enjoy. It is family friendly and the wait staff is very helpful.

Came here on three occasions during Ironman Boulder 70.3 Race Weekend. Food is delicious and generous portions served. Waiters are wonderful as well. Only suggestion is to add more tables to the rooftop terrace. One table at a time is pretty sad, considering there's plenty...More

Element Bistro is a great find for lunch or dinner. Different menu items from a great kitchen. Staff is knowledge and friendly. Absolutely recommended this fine restaurant, and it really is a Bistro to enjoy.

Elements has one of the best locations in Gunbarrel and should be a go-to spot for anyone who works or lives in the area. Unfortunately, the food is less than expected and drinks are small. I come back periodically in the hopes it had improved....More

Looking for a local beer and a few bites to eat ended up at the Element Bistro when the local brewery dining room had a 45 min wait. Walking in, we saw seating for maybe 100 people - combo of booths and tables. There were...More

Sometimes it's the people that make up for whatever else is lacking in your experience and I'm at least happy in the fact that our waitress came to your and our rescue. The seating next to the kitchen has been mentioned in the past and...More

I admit I have only been here one time, but I found the food just okay. Definitely not something to write home about. I probably should give it another try since the first time was shortly after they opened.

Hi! We've made many wonderful changes to our menu since opening almost two years ago that we hope you will find more to your liking. Stop in, enjoy the rooftop and try something new that just might be worth writing home about. Cheers!

Our first visit was shortly after they had opened so we wrote off our bad experience then to beginners’ problems. This time that won’t work. I asked for a sample of a red wine on the menu and it was so warm I could feel...More

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody and I’d be careful eating here, they are putting bacon in the shrimp and lobster tacos and not listing it on the menu. I’ve been a pescatarian for the last six months and feel extremely violated. And after...More
