This spot gives a very ✨fresh and hip✨ vibe. The ambiance is tastefully noisy, not as loud as obnoxious kbbq places but not boring and drab like other sushi places. Their selection has a lot of variety, and price wise it’s very reasonable for the amount you can stomach. (Just don’t overdo it or else that’s just wasteful…)
I went with my two younger brothers, one of which is a very picky eater. I think the best thing about eating here was our servers attention to us. Despite Ashley having an entire row of tables to tend to, she took the time to explain and suggest foods my especially picky brother would enjoy. And he did! He ate every roll she recommended and more. We will definitely be coming back.
Shout out to our table busser Kevin as well. Most people give shout outs to just their servers but this dude never let our table be messy and it’s very appreciated. Thank you again Ashley for the great service! 5/5

I’m shocked they don’t have any reviews! I’ve been to their shop when they used to do all you can eat sushi before covid hit and remember being pleasantly surprised. I ordered them for takeout recently and it feels like everything had gotten even better than before! Super delicious sushi that’s really affordable. If you’re looking for a sushi place for take out, this is the place!

My experience at Sushi Damu with my family was okay right up until the end.
Food: We ordered a variety of rolls and nigiri. The cuts were great and the amount of rice was proportional to it. Everything came out in a timely manner and tasted great.
Service: It was prompt service, staff was alert when called for and the questions we had were quickly answered.
Now here comes the experience that led to this 1 star review and no chance at redemption.
The waiter who came to settle our bill, Paul, made a comment about my sister paying for the bill, points at me and says, "No, I want him to pay." In front of my family. For everyone to hear. I have NEVER had this type of experience at ANY restaurant before. Not only is this incredibly rude and disrespectful, it was incredibly inappropriate to have a complete stranger comment on my ability (or supposed inability) to pay for a meal. I will never be returning to this business and will make a concerted effort to have everyone I know or meet avoid this location.

The dining experience is was adequate at best. The servers prolonged our beverages and delayed attention to our table. The rice would fall apart from the sushi and it was not enjoyable having to pick at the rice. The miso soup is okay, not the best.

Located in a strip mall, not much parking available so get ready to search. It was very crowded, we joined the waitlist online and were seated once we got in. That time you could only order one of the three all you can eat sushi packages, $39, $45, or I think $63. I recommend the middle option, as it allows for the premium sushi rolls. You are given sheets of paper and have 90 minutes to eat as much as you'd like, but there are limits to the number of rolls you can order per round (it's a high number, but the process is a little confusing so ask your server), and you flip a card on your table when you want more. I can't remember the names of the rolls we had, but they were all so delicious, fresh, and tasty. This sushi is legit and definitely in the top three best sushi restaurants I've ever been to. Server was very polite and friendly. Highly highly recommend, would drive half a day just to eat here again.

Exceptional service! Our waitress, Ashley at the sushi place was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our entire dining experience. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her knowledge of the menu helped us make delicious choices, and her warm demeanor made our meal even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be returning, thanks in large part to her outstanding service!

Faith was a great server and very attentive. Kevin was also very helpful with drinks and overall being helpful!! Kevin helped us get a new dish that wasn’t supposed to be cold in the center with a freshly made and warm dish. Food was very good and so was the ambiance of the restaurant.

One of our favorite places for AYCE. Sushi is fresh, portions are good and prices are fair. I was extremely disappointed to find out today that they have removed ALL vegetarian rolls from the menu! My family loves sushi, but I'm a vegetarian so I look forward to the vegetarian options. Bummer! Friendly and efficient service from Katelyn.

I’ve been coming here for the past two years with my family and I know I am going to be full/satisfied after eating. The service is just as good as the food, and with my most recent visit, Katelyn served us smoothly and made me feel the most comfortable dining at this establishment.
