Typical in and out place. Food very fresh. Helpful staff. Very clean, lots of parking. I appreciate they served us really fast.

I went to this In N Out and not only did they get my order wrong, my burger had a hair in it. I have been to other locations and have not had an issue. I won’t be returning to this location.

Law In-n-Out in San Ramon

In and Out burgers are okay and even the protein burger. The fries are good and so is the animal fries. Nothing different, but with any in-n-out. the long long long line. It does move fast, but so long and it backs up out to the road. Prices are reasonable.

Very Fast and friendly service - one of the cleanest establishments

For a fast food burger place, this is pretty darn good. Their service is FAST, friendly and they go out of their way to take care of you even after you are seated. This place is so super clean and they go around to clean up the restaurant constantly. I will normally get the single cheeseburger and ask for extra sauce on the side. I add the hot peppers to the sandwich and just have a great time devouring it! It is consistently juicy - very messy and the price point is amazingly low. I have had the fries which are good - a tad dry so I usually pass on the extra carbs. Definitely one of my favorite fast burger places!

There is no better burger

In and out that's what a burger is all about. Want something besides a burger you can't get it at In and Out. There the best I've ever had. When we come back from the east coast one stop is always for a double double with onion. Why don't you come to Maine?

Never disappoints

Love that everything is fresh. No frozen patties, frozen fries, or fake shakes. Its all the real deal served hot with efficiency and fair prices. Try the fries "animal style". Be prepared for a long line at most times, but it moves QUICK!

Last Meal in Cali.

I was told by many family and colleagues that I had to try In and Out Burger before leaving California. So after a four-day whirlwind vacation, my last meal was at in and out burger with my dear friend. The line for the drive-thru was very long which told me that it was very popular. We decided to go in and sit down, and the service at the counter was very quick. The restaurant appeared very clean, and our food was ready fairly quickly. I really like the simplified menu. To me that means your food will come out faster because there's not a lot of complicated orders. I ordered the double and a Neapolitan Milkshake. The food tasted fresh and the colors were very vibrant. I loved the hot pepper option by the ketchup. I dropped a pepper on the floor and one of the workers was walking by and said don't worry I got it. That was very refreshing to me.

Don’t get it !

It was cheap ..... but so is dogs$&t between two slices of bread and the taste would be comparable. The one positive was the colonic flushing I received shortly after consuming this mouth garbage. I’ll probably go again tho!!

Still the best

I know some people may not like the fries and others complain the burger is small (so get a double), but overall, it is still the best tasting, freshest and best value burger place around. The kids love it, as do I.

Great burgers, love it animal style and protein style

Great fresh burgers, I like to order it animal style. You can get the burgers and frys animal style but not on menu. Animal style is grilled onions with a sauce. Eat here all the time. Open late.

Tasty burger your way

I had to get lunch somewhere between errands. Spotted In N Out and hopped in the long line of cars waiting to place orders. It’s nice that a worker comes to your car in line and takes your order. “Protein style, animal style double hamburger well done” gets you a lettuce-wrapped burger (dislike their “cheese”) with tasty carmelized onions and special sauce. Great value for around $3.50.
