We came here based on the reviews . This place is everything we enjoy. We loved the proud American atmosphere, great service and excellent food. Our group had biscuits and gravy, thick sliced bacon , home made salsa for our eggs and French toast . DELICIOUS !

We spent the night in Paso Robles on the drive north from SoCal. Joe’s was near by, but hooked my husband with Eggs Benedict. He couldn’t finish them, the serving was enormous! And delish! I had oatmeal which came with walnuts, raisins, brown sugar, cinnamon and bananas. The only wish was that it was hotter (to meet cold milk) and cooked longer. I think oatmeal should be creamy, not individual chewy pieces…but maybe that’s just me. I have a hard time finding it like I make it. The service was the thing…a full parking lot but the servers were amazing. Our server took the extra minute to answer questions and make us feel welcome.

Some friends suggested that we stop here on our visit to Paso Robles area. Lunch was delicious and filling. Lots of variety on the menu made it hard to choose as so many items looked good. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Excellent breakfast/brunch for the two of us. My eggs, thick sliced bacon, and biscuits with gravy were prepared 😋 perfectly. She noted that the tomatoes on her BLT were particularly flavorful. All this less than 150 ft from our the front door of our vacation rental!

Read great reviews so we wanted to try it while visiting Paso Robles. Large portions so we split the yummy omelet. Cinnamon roll was large and delicious. Service friendly n fast. The tables filled up by 8:30 a.m. As we walked out there were alot of people waiting for tables. Popular cafe!

We have accidentally stumbled on Joe's place for breakfast, not expecting much from a local little restaurant. Thankfully, we were totally wrong. There were 4 of us and every one loved. I had Veggies Omelette with hash-brown. My friends had various egg dishes and coffee. Every entry was delicious, freshly made and cooked to perfection. Coffee was excellent and service was perfect. Will visit again every time I am in town. Way to go Joe's.

This was my husband's and my first time to Joe's and we are stoked to have discovered this great old school place. Our breakfast was solid - many Mexican -inspired choices such as huevos rancheros, chilaquilies (sp?), great omelettes all accompanied by delicious hash browns and other sides. The service was friendly and attentive. We visit Paso frequently; will look forward to having breakfast at Joe's for sure...

Traveling home from the coast we found this gem in Paso Robles. As soon as we walked in I felt welcome like I just walked into my Tia’s home and she encouraged us to sit and have breakfast. Food was so delicious and generous servings. The staff was so friendly, felt like family. Looking forward to our next trip to the coast so we can stop by Joe’s Place again.

The wife loved her breakfast burrito. I had the Bergin which is biscuits and gravy with a sausage patty and fried egg. The sausage is not store bought but special made.I would go there just for a sausage patty and coffee.

We are locals and eat at Joe’s for breakfast every once in a while. The food is always okay, but the coffee is always horrible. Cinnamon Roll is very good; also very expensive at $7.95! Chile Verde Omelette is pretty good; chorizo plate barely tastes like chorizo mixed in with wet eggs - won’t order that again! All three local restaurants serve decent food but, again, if coffee is important to you - stay far away from Joe’s!

What a cute restaurant! Plus enough parking for all! Waitress was quite nice, pleasant and quick! Eggs Benedict were good, not great, but good. Too much to eat and you can't order just a 1/2 order, which I don't know why not. But you can split the breakfast. Breakfast burrito was good as well, perhaps better. Senior menus should be everywhere too!!! We don't eat that much anymore! And ALL the staff were wearing masks which made us more comfortable so thank you. So, we're going back next time we're in PR.

You'll find American breakfast classics and patriotic displays at Joe's place in Paso Robles. Got a hankering for chicken fried steak? Or biscuits and gravy? You'll find large portions of both here. The cooks in the back do a great job of making fluffy biscuits covered in a cream gravy and crispy hash brown potatoes. And the waitstaff will keep your cup full of decent coffee. You'll also find photos of classic Hollywood beauties in the men's room and hunky movie stars in the ladies. The breakfast counter is classic. There are no surprises here, and that's a good thing.

My wife and I returned after having breakfast here our last time in Paso Robles. It was delicious then and was equally delicious this time. My wife had The Bergin (biscuits and gravy with a sausage patty and one egg. I had the omelette with goat cheese, fresh tomatoes, and spinach. I substituted fresh fruit for hashed browns--a nice option. Service is friendly and efficient. This is the perfect place to fuel up before a day of wine-tasting.

Breakfast here was awesome. The service was great and it did not take long to get seated on a Sunday morning. I ordered the breakfast burrito and my husband ordered the biscuits and gravy with the egg. It also contained a huge slice of sausage. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We love Joe's Place for breakfast and ate there every morning of our trip. They have a cinnamon roll that is large enough for 4 people that is great. They also have big homemade biscuits with sausage gravy. Their omelets are all very good as their other egg dishes are excellent. Their hash brown's are enough for two and the pancakes are the best. Overall a great restaurant.
