They have really expanded their selections as he continues to experiment and brew many small batch options. The last visit was a comedy night (stand up wasn't all that great) but a nice added touch to local beer & snack place. Their fried pickles are...DA BOMB and no bad choice of beer options. I would love them to bring back trivia night, and even though being a locals spot, I wish they were open more hours that I could visit. Can't wait for their next release. Keep making some great beers.More

Great spot to stop for a pint and a bite to eat. Both the beer and the food are really good. Excellent fries and the fried chick peas...YUMMY. Very friendly (and family friendly) spot to eat just outside of downtown Morro Bay. We loved it...and will come back when we return to CA.More

We stopped at this brewery to meet some family while on a short trip to Cayucos. Enjoyed the beers and the food selection. Highly recommend.

This brewery is in a little corner spot, small strip of stores. Its named after the the 3 tall stacks that loom over Morro Bay. Relaxed and friendly small brew pub with sunny window facing the Pacific Ocean and outside dog friendly patio. A nice...variety of beers are served from their own label, and "guest" brews from other local breweries are offered. I enjoyed the Amber Barrel. Food is served too. Looked and smelled good. Enjoy this laid back gem.More

Discovered this by accident as it's not anywhere near the center of Morro Bay. Small brewery and eatery next to the highway. A good selection of local brews on tap as well as several guest taps. Guys behind the bar are friendly and ready to...meet your tasting preferences. I enjoyed the Highway 1 IPA, wife liked Darby Red ans several folks were getting tasters . Worth seeking out and enjoying a cold one at the beach.More

I've been to Three Stacks several times and it never disappoints. They serve a number of beers brewed on site as well as many others from local breweries. The food is good pub fare. The sliders and nachos are my favorite. You may want to...order 1/2 order of nachos unless you're splitting them since the order is large..They have an outdoor patio which is pet friendly and usually comfortable unless the weather is cool or rainy. It does overlook the parking lot of the strip mall where the place sits so don't expect a view of the bay. There is no heater so be prepared. The interior space is welcoming but the space is small and can get crowded. The patrons are a mix of locals and out of towners and all usually very friendly. Check the hours before you go. You really can't go wrong at this place.More

Our little spot we stopped at a year ago is now a brew pub, and so popular there were people waiting to be served! awesome, glad to see the business evolve. My best story, I gazed at the bottle and said to my husband, how...did they get this title, 3 stacks and a rock, whats that mean? as he was pointing out towards the smokestacks and Morro Rock and laughing uncontrollably...sometimes I forget where I am when I go to the brewhouse.More

Dad and I saw the sign from the highway and we love beer. We stopped in and was greeting with happy faces enjoying beer. The had 4 of their beers on tap and another 7-8 or other breweries. We tried all 4 which were delicious,...I recommend the dark IPA. They also had a good food selection that sounded good but we didn’t have time to eat but others looked like they liked it. I’ll be back there in the future and will recommend it to my friends.More

While I did enjoy the flights and their IPA! The food took forever to come out, just for sliders took 25 minutes and the fries just plain fries never came out! I had to go Ana check and still no fries, I had to go...without the fries but the beer was great, over all I did enjoy the beer.More

This nano brewery is so cozy. We drive by often and decided to stop. They had 5 of their own brews (4 IPAs) and a bunch of others on tap. We ordered the sliders and sausage sandwich, just right for pub food. Just two people...working there and it got busy after we arrived, they were super nice and working hard. Large TV with the World Cup on kept us entertained. They also have several board and other games available. Although it was too hot to sit outside there is a good view of the ocean. We will definitely go back!More
