This hotel was a recommendation from the W Hotel front desk staff. My husband had the burger and loved it. The kale salad is the best I have ever had. Plus, during brunch we were served complimentary banana bread. Service was very attentive and friendly;...although they were having some computer issues and had no TV access and could not process credit cards – only manually. Since we had such a good meal and service we could easily overlook these minor inconveniences.More

We had a work dinner meeting here. The room was quiet so we could hear each other. The wine list was sophisticated, satisfying all interested. The salads were great but the entrees were the highlights. I had grilled sea bass, grilled perfectly. The couscous and...sweet potatoes were interesting and wonderful. My wife had pan seared scallops done perfectly. The sauce was very successful. The wait staff was respectful and not pushy. We had great conversation and a great meal.More

Restaurant located on a nice street in West Los Angeles. The decor, ambience, and service is great. The bar area is also nice. There food is just okay. I liked the kale Salad but stay away from the flat bread. It really is FLAT! It...is like eating card board with fake cheese!More

We have been going to restaurants in West LA and all over LA for years and can't figure out why we never went here, apart from one of us going for a quick lunch once or twice. It is just a wonderful restaurant with the...best steaks ever - equal to our few all time bests as to tenderness and flavor, great Kale salad to balance the steak fat and texture, and the best red wine I have ever had, yes, ever. It is a GSM called 2016 Tavistock Bacarré Reserve Collection Red Blend. Perfect tannins, full bodied, phenomenal dark fruits blend, and the finish was consistent. The decor is comfortable and refined, the opposite of flashy or slick. The term for it is old money class, to be frank. The staff are perfect, also - very well trained yet quite personable and natural. We suspect the kitchen is small and that they don't have the food precooked and just needing a little heating up. In other words, the food can arrive a little slowly but if you have the Bacarré in your glass, who could care?More

Thanks so much for such a comprehensive look into our restaurant!! For our steaks we feature Wagyu beef that comes from ranches in Australia. And our wines are sourced from all over, the Bacarre is central California fruit. We just had a small remodel inside...More

I met a friend here for lunch, it was my first visit and I doubt it will be my last. The food was very good and the wait staff recommended a wine to pair with my food, both were outstanding. As we were sitting and...talking I guess it was a manager came over and offered to have me taste another Sauvignon Blanc. No charge! Wow!More

Had brunch on a Saturday. I had the albacore salad which was excellent. Service very good. Nice ambiance, not too loud inside. Patio looked pleasant. Parking in Westwood is tricky so I just used the valet. Some may think the restaurant is pricey but for...the generally nice experience in that area it's on par, might even say a value. Recommended.More

This place came highly recommended by our customers as a good place to eat after a hard days work. As a large group, we were seated in the lovely private room and were attended to very well by the efficient and friendly staff. Knowledge of...the menu and wine list was top class too. We ordered charcuterie boards and short rib flatbreads for the table as appetisers and all were delicious with high quality ingredients. I opted for scallops for main and as I have an aversion to pork belly, they happily replaced this with chorizo and it really was delicious. We did have a small issue with one of our party’s food but this was handled very well, and the staff couldn’t have been more apologetic. I would eat here again given the opportunity and it’s in a great location for those visiting UCLA.More

We stopped in for lunch between looking at colleges with our friends and their daughter. Rather large restaurant with both outdoor and indoor seating. Menu has something for everyone. Staff was friendly and efficient. I decided on the turkey sandwich with a side salad. The...turkey sandwich came with bacon, pickled onions, garlic aoli and cheese. The pickled onions were an unexpected bonus, they provided a crispity, tangy, sweet crunch. The only complaint I would have was it was a little too heavy on the cheese.More
