Traveling through California, we needed a place to stop for lunch. We REALLY didn't want to do fast food and were happy to find Solano Baking Company right off the freeway. They had an outside patio where we could eat with our dogs. The food...More

I have been visiting Solano Baking Co for years and years... they have never lost their touch with delivering delicious doughnuts, muffins, and sandwiches. My personal favorite and frequent lunch item is the Solano sandwich— avocado, turkey, melted cheese, and aioli spread on warm toasted...More

This place is much more than bakery items such as donuts. They serve breakfast and then lunch until 5 pm. I had the biggest cinnamon roll, enough for a meal. My wife had an oatmeal bowl filled with raises, nuts, and seeds. We noted that...More

We got some donuts and cookies to go. Not impressed at all. The sugar cookies with icing were salty and very dry. Donuts were not any better. Not worth the drive or the high costs. You should not have the taste of salt lingering after...More

I came back with 6 friends and family before lunch. There is plenty of baked goods variety that is fresh. The apple and fruit fritters are to die for. This is a great place if you do not care about gaining weight. However, there are...More

My husband got tuna on foc. I got a Ruben. Awful sandwiches! Hardly any meat or tuna on either sandwich. We wished we had gone to Safeway, they make good sandwiches.
