This place is the first of a line of similar eateries at the take off point for the Whale Shark dives. We had pancakes and juices. All was fine. This on not Paris. They do one meal at a time so be patient.

We just had lunch at Chez Tonton. It was part of our waterfall tour (visit Aquinid waterfalls it is a really cool experience). At Tonton we had some of the best food we had so far in the Philippines. We had three courses, salad, fish...filet and dessert. Everything very fresh and not too heavy. For the main course we could choose between pork, chicken and fish for the dessert they offered fruit platter, crepes and ice cream. We had the crepes and the fruits. If you are around make a stop and have lunch here. It's also very nice since the restaurant is located directly on the sea.More

The place is located at the perfect place but has nothing but pork. I expected more seafood since its next to a huge beach but eggs and preserved pork was all that was available.

We visited twice during our stay, slightly overpriced food but was the better restaurant in the area. I would deffo recommend. Owner is so friendly, offered her WiFi to us as well :)

We had I lunch with our friends here, 8 people... and we disappointed at all. The cooker made dishes without any glovers and huts, the service was so slow and waitress wasn't friendly. Her face shows how she was tired from her work. After 30...minutes I finally got my pineapple shake. I really liked big tube in shake, but I didn't know yet whole true about this place. After first sip I felt something strange inside my mouth. Can you imagine? It was COCKROACH in the SHAKE. It was happy to them that I didn't vomit there. No one tell me sorry, just changed shake, but I didn't want eat and drink in this cafe at all. Highly recommend to avoid this restaurant!!!More

Food not great. Grilled shrimp still raw, rice served is cold and hard. The lady owner over charge us with an extra cold rice. We waited for an hour and a half for just a grilled seafood platter. Very poor, slow service and disorganized. I...will not recommend this nightmare cheztonton.More

Just a place to be when you are whale shark watching because it is ideally located right beside the whale sharks briefing area and facing the waters which is the whale sharks watching area. The place has a nice ambiance and their crepes whatever choice...of fruits you may want is something new.More

After enjoying a few San Miguel's in the sun after an early start, I couldn't take my mind off a big, girthy Hungarian Weiner. This place absolutely delivered - I don't even think I swallowed. Also ordered chook nuggets which were made in house and...were very pleasant. Highly recommendMore
