We had coffee and cake. Service was slow (only clients) but it was good food and drink. It was full of mosquitos.

Champaca Cafe is a good place to rest your feet while shopping in Paro. We stopped for lunch and had the burgers, the day's special, which were yummy although a bit pricey at Rs 400. They do give you a free Coke with it though.
Nice cafe in paro. Food is excellent and you can spend as much time here as you want. Great decaf coffee
