Okay, I will admit, I have a thing for this kind of place. That is, the & Mile House is what it is and doesn't care to be anything but that. I will start at the beginning. Parking around here sucks really hard. So take...a Lyft or Uber and spare yourself the stress. I got there at around 5:15 and just happened on a guy backing out of his parking spot. But that was just dumb luck. Inside, 7 Mile looks a lot like it does on the outside: funky, dimply lit, and rough around the edges. But even at 5:15 on a Weds it was busy inside. Found a spot at the bar to have a drink and order dinner. They have a wide variety of typical bar foods and some not so typical bar foods. Something for everyone. The wait staff was likewise eclectic and funky with assorted piercings and tattoos but everyone was really nice and quick with a smile. I had the Turkey Burger with fries extra crispy and both were very good. I understand they have live music most every night but I did not stay late enough for that. But if that is your thing, 7 Mile is a great option.More

Delicious food, comfortable place, friendly service, reasonably priced. An historic location that offers some unique food choices as well as standard fare. There is a happy hour as well! I recommend this restaurant - never had a bad meal.

Had a very enjoyable Sunday evening with good food and great service. Seems like a neighborhood place as everyone knew each other. Will return if I every get back that way.

We were staying in a local hotel and this was close and recommended. The food was excellent and the place has s fantastic vibe. It was full of people eating and using the bar. Live music was great with a Spanish vibe. Service was excellent...especially as the place was full. Prices were very reasonable as well. Well worth a visit!!More

Lots of beer on tap, multiple screens, surprisingly good food - burgers are famous but I go for the adobo and salpicao, all in a historic building. And they are dog friendly on the patio!

Although this place is located about one block from the San Francisco City border in Brisbane, 7-Mile House feels like a throw back to SF’s legendary 49er era. Locals love it, so it tends to stay packed; however, they do accept reservations. Built in the...1800s, the dining rooms are a bit small, but they do offer inside or covered outside seating. In addition to great food and drinks, there’s an added bonus of listening to great live music most nights with no cover charge. One warning though, because 7-Mile is also a sports bar, with TVs in both dining rooms, it can get really, really loud on game days. The buffalo wings are delicious and be sure to specify whether you want the chicken on your Chicken Cesar salad breaded (standard) or grilled. The wait staff is super friendly and the property is disabled, family, and dog friendly.More

I was staying nearby and looking for a quick hearty meal, and 7 Mile House fit the bill perfectly. Friendly staff and quick service even when the place was pretty full on a Saturday.

This place is over 100 years old. It was used as a store, post office, and speak easy. Now it's a sports bar and live music venue and a Filipino American restaurant that also serves some Italian and great tacos. Totally casual, friendly, diverse crowd....All ages, races, styles welcome. I absolutely love it.More

We had Fathers' Day lunch here with our son. We drove in from the suburbs and brought our dog with us. They gave us a great table outside, brought a water bowl and a treat for the dog. Food was OK, not great, but definitely...OK. Service was slow, but that was fine because we were in no hurry whatsoever. Highlight of the meal was the dessert -- banana bread with bananas, caramel syrup, and vanilla ice cream. The portion was absolutely HUGE.More
