In the 80s we'd always stop when floating down the Buffalo River, get a couple of pounds of bacon. In the camp areas along the river we'd fry some, others would come looking to see where that wonderful aroma was coming from. Since then, having...moved around the country I've ordered by phone for shipping. Its addictive.More

We've been to Coursey's before. We made a special trip just to stock up on their smoked meats and cheeses. BEST. BACON. EVER. I bought 10 pounds of it.

Unfortunately, the deli sandwich counter is closed due to virus concerns. The deli service counter offers sliced products to take with. The smoked meats are good, the cheeses are very good.

Like the title of my post says: they have pretty good products, but they are rude, especially the woman that answers the phone. When driving by, you get the sense that they are a old style smoke house in the Ozarks that are curing and...smoking hams and bacon. But in reality, they buy preformed hams, cheese, and bacon and throw them in the smoker for a while. Its sort of a gimmick because you can do the exact same thing at home and probably make it taste better than the stuff that they sell. I know that when I smoke the same products that mine taste better. I actually cure my hams. I would support them and not leave reviews such as this, if they appreciated their customers.More

I drove 2 hours today just to go to Courseys and have done this for many years. But you will never get another dime from me. Telling me that my face shield that meets all state and medical specs isn’t good enough in your store...just lost you a customer that has spent literally thousands of dollars in your store!More

Happened across Coursey's Smoked Meats travelling the backroads of Arkansas. Just had to stop in. We mentioned that we had never been there before and one of the staff just started slicing up meats and cheeses for us to sample. We bought smoked turkey, bacon,...and summer sausage to bring back to Atlanta with us. Now my wife wants to drive back to Arkansas to get more of their smoked turkey. If you find yourself travelling down Route 65 through St. Joe, don't do yourself a disservice by missing this jewel of the ozarks.More

Their bacon is second...to no one anywhere!!! We love their smoked turkey, bone in ham and cheese as well. Makes for the perfect holiday meal or family function.More

Not a restaurant - a smoked meat butcher shop. If you like smoked meats, this is the place! They sell turkey, ham, cheddar cheese, sausage by the pound or they can make sandwiches. Ask to try a sample of whatever you are interested in. Good...country folk!.More
