Retro, vintage, rustic design restaurant located at the heart of the city. Me and my babe both love our Sirloin Steak in medium rare and well-done cooked. This is the first time for me to actually try medium rare meat and it was great, savory in every bite. I felt ‘kilig’ also with their chocolate cake. This is definitely one of the best restaurant in the city!

Their food has miss and hit. We dine here for their Tuna Tare Tare. It has a unique and distinct taste which I don’t find in other resto menus. The sauce is the perfect combination of the fresh tuna and salad.Their pastas are good as well. Now this is what I call their miss their Sirloin Steak and Bistecca Fiorentina meat needs a lot improvement. Hope they maintain the consistenty of the tenderness of the beef as well as the taste.

Serving is for sharing. Rustic ambiance. Palatable. Above more than the usual price point but worth it. No wonder it's always full. So come a little early. It supports local farmers by sourcing out natural ingredients.

I liked this restaurant before but now I've got BAD SERVICE. No beef tapa, replaced it with bangus, no fruits, ordered waffle they serve tocino. Almost 1 hour to serve. We can't wait that long for a waffle. Though it's a nice-looking place and serves free coffee in a paper cup he he. Management should check.

Arrived on a Friday at 3pm. Cold beer and chilled glass, that's a great way to keep me happy! The menu is a one page menu (breakfast is a separate menu). Therefore I would expect the waitress to know if some item (s) are unavailable, in this case the shrimps. So the Sirlion steak was recommended instead by the waitress as their best seller. One mouth full, that I spat out was putrid. Fatty, smelly disgusting local beef. To be honest, living in the Philippines, I should have known that this was too cheap to be an imported steak. Even my local companion was screwing her nose up at it.
Came back in later on that night. Service was lacking and the beer not so cold now.
Breakfast was excellent and the beer cold again. This is what happens when refs are opened all day. The only way to serve cold beer is to have it on ice.
Snack in evening, Calmaris, quite nice.
Just wanted toast and beer for breakfast all good!
So the service was wobly, the beer not consistently cold. The food above average, except for that steak!
I would recommend a visit. the overall raving reviews are predominately by locals. I cant help but feel that greater international reviews would find flaws such as I have.
The beef that they cooked leaves an overriding sickly smell in the air! Get rid of that beef!

Every time we stay at Red planet we always have breakfast at circa. It's a really good start to the day. And times we also have dinner again it's very good food. The only negative is a male member of staff .Really bad attitude and not properly dressed as a server ripped jeans .Change your attitude and dress sense

Will surely come back in this resto, their Croque Madame was prepared with care and attention. The presentation and the taste were both PERFECT ❤️I felt so guilty that I was in a hurry this morning bc of an early flight. Its my first time here and you guys naileeeed it!!! I should have try your lunch and dinner menu. Surething will be back soon. I'd highly recommend it to anyone 🙌 Thanks to the pretty wait staff btw 😘

My husband and I have been dining here and we have always loved the atmosphere Circa has offered. We celebrate birthdays and anniversaries and recommended our clients at the nearby condo and they have never failed to impress locals and foreign clients. The place is clean and cozy and the staff are very courteous. The food is excellent and consistent and served as soon as it is ready. The portions are great for sharing.
Circa is and will always be our choice of restaurant.

So I normally do not eat vegetables salad and uncooked tuna. My sister told me Circa has this Salad called tuna tartare. At first I no not interested to try. So I ordered crispy pata instead and she ordered the salad. When our order arrive she asked me to have a try, to my surprised it taste so good. So there! 😋

Im here in cdo for a short trip. The food here in Circa give more excitement on my journey. Im not fan of posting reviews for any travels or places ive been but this one deserves a break! I love the food, the modern rustic atmosphere,the friendly beautiful staff. Was consider 2nd home away from home.

Really slow service. You have to flag somebody down to get drink refills or your bill. The food is not bad but a little expensive. Generous portions.

Scott and I love dining here during our stay in CDO. Our favorites: Tuna Tartare, Lamb, Truffle Omelet, Mushroom Chicken skillet, Bangus silog, steak but basically everything on their menu is tasty and worth the price you pay for... I recommend this restaurant/ cafe for tourists esp travel nomads who need wifi for work... connection here is stable.. there's an outlet too for when you need to stay and work on your laptop... the interior design is conducive to remote work, atmosphere to intimate dining... just wish the restroom would always be well-maintained... could really use some work on busy days...

great tasting food and plate settings with on the sides, love it! ....though a little bit expensive to come back on a weekly outing, maybe once in 2-3 months or if you have a very important visitor, a good ambience to go to and dine out
