Very colonial design and lots of food varieties to choose from. We had burgers and fries and it was nice.

We first had desserts at Biggs Diner and we were not disappointed! Their P99 Mango-Graham shake was to die for! It was smooth, creamy, and oh so satisfying!
We also ordered their cheesecake and caroot cake and both did not disappoint! The carrot cake tasted heavenly and the cheesecake, divine!
We went back the next day and had 2 piece chicken and their salisbury steak and both blew our minds up! You should definitely order this, and then everything on the menu because they’re all so good!
Thanks Biggs Diner! Will definitely be back!

Having experienced the food of Biggs has distinct of a Bicolano cuisine taste. Their chicken macaroni has a twist of taste different from others chicken mac I tasted.

Based on reviews I went to the local Biggs, just 5 minutes walk from my hotel. I must say I like the interior. I dont like the canteen-like fastfood places with bright TL light. This is a more tasteful place. You order your food, and I was searching for the burgers on the menu-board behind the cashiers. Not to be found, and had to ask for the carton menu, which did show them and also orderable. Anyways, added extra fries (50P), and a coke.
It took longer than expected based on earlier reviews, but OK....the burger came on a wooden board, fries in a separate small bowl. Nice and hot. I am a burgerfan from McD...if I eat a burger it is from them. But Biggs one is good. Bread is real and crispy, staying dry through eating the burger. Patty not too thick, blended with lettuce, tomato and bacon. My fiancee ordered beef salficaon which she enjoyed very much and looked delicious.

Best known for: Burgers. Homegrown fast food restaurant that will give Burger King a run for its money! I saw more Bigg's Diner en route to Caramoan Islands than McDonald's. You can feel the Bicolano pride for its very own fast food chain that's gone "bigg" in Region 5. The interiors of Bigg's Diner is reminiscent of Johnny Rockets and 50s diners -- American-style with bikes, road signs, skateboards, and toys hanging on the walls.
They have a wide array of food including spaghetti, baby back ribs (!), chicken, and more. But for desserts, be sure to try their molten lava cake with ice cream!

I went for a medical checkup and the doctor who attended to me suggested that I undergo a soft diet. He particularly mentioned the Lugaw at Bigg's. So I went and tried it. It was delicious!

Restaurant was open 24 hours. We were late so this served us well. The manager was very accommodating and took our orders instead of us lining on the counter since there was 13 of us. The place was busy and that's probably why we had a long wait. There was plenty of food choices altho some items were no longer available. Will try their lugaw next time. Not very prominent on the menu, I missed it. The food was decent. First time at Bigg's and will come back again.

The Salisbury steak came with cheese on top, so it was like a cheeseburger without the buns and other stuff. The patty was soft and juicy, cooked just right.
They serve a whole lot of other good meals here--salpicao, back ribs, pasta, burgers etc. Plus they have good wifi connection, so it'd be nice to hang out for internet too. Just order some dessert :)

A great place to enjoy a American style Burger with the wonderful taste Filipino Foods. Has the Nostalgic feel of the 1950's and 1960's with Automobile, and historical items of that time era. You can't go wrong to stop enjoy the Polite employees there on Rizal Street in Old Albay,Legazpi City, Philippines. ENJOY!!!

Visiting the Bicol region will not be complete without visiting this Diner. Ate my favorite Cordon Bleu and tenderloin tips. The food is great and reasonably priced. Ambiance is great and cozy. I highly recommend this food chain whenever in the Bicol region.

Having traveled for 10 hours from Manila on our way to Sorsogon, nighttime found us in Legazpi City hungry for dinner.
And good thing there's always dependable Biggs Diner.
It offers a combination of American and Filipino food, in portions that are big enough to satisfy one's hunger. We ordered our favorite---crispy chicken, hamburger and other dishes.
For travelers, it's a comforting thought that, when in Bikol, you can find a Biggs Diner almost anywhere (in Naga City, in Pili, and several outlets in Legaspi and Daraga), which offers good, reasonably priced food, and, most importantly for travelers, clean and spacious restrooms.
Biggs Diners, apart from its food, serves as good clean pitstops for road trekkers.
