We weren't able to order their main menu because we were just there to try their sili ice cream. If you're not a big fan of spicy food like me, I recommend you order the level 1 sili ice cream. Pili Ice cream was delicious too!!

The restaurant is well-known for their Sili Icecream but i have not tried it since i do not like sili or any chilly food :) Their tinapa rice is good, also their clam soup and tahong with cheese! we will eat... A must try when you visit Legazpi. They have several branches in the city and they served Bicolano dishes such as pinangat, bicol express and tinapa fried rice. Of course all the rave is about the Sili ice cream, but truth be told maybe order it for the heck of it but you will enjoy the pili ice cream more.... More

Delish mixed veggies with coconut. Unique ice cream flavors such as calamansi, chili, etc.. The restaurant needs better lighting, not well lit. Service was okay, friendly and helpful staff.

Had laing and grilled fish for lunch and sili ice cream for dessert. Food took quite some time to be served but they were all satisfying. Service was good although could be more attentive and warmer. Worth another visit next time I'm around the city.

Whether you are with your friends or family, this place will surely give you the best food in Bicol! I love coming back for Colonial Grill's Tinapa Rice (do not attempt to order this if you're on a strict, low carb diet, you'll surely forget it! Haha!) you can eat it even without meat, or anything on the side. Also,... More
